There's nothing wrong with the hostel per say. It provides decent bedding and rooms which actually really clean and comfortable for a hostel (except the massively weird more cushion than pillows). The view is great and can't complain about the location: right next to the river and within 20 mins walk to old town and shopping areas. My beef is...

We have used this hostel three times for hosting a student conference of 50 people. It's location is ideal, it offers very clean rooms. The kitchen is alright and will even offer vegan meals if asked for. The managing staff was always extremely helpful when changing the booking. They cater cake if ordered. Nice backpackers inn bar cafe to sit...

Breakfast was excellent, everything you would want for breakfast. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Comfortable, clean with all you need. It's a pity that you have to be a member of Hostelling International, to get a better rate.

It's a great hostel with reasonable rates and you get what you pay for. Clean rooms, decent breakfast (not amazing, but good) and very friendly staff. The only downside is poor Wifi (but at least it's free). It could do with a booster on each floor. It's in a great location too.

I stayed at this hostel with a big group, though I had a room for myself. The room was big and comfortable. There was a very good lamp on the wall, desk and a clean toilet with an excellent shower. I slept very well, felt very safe to walk alone at night and had great staff helping me. The breakfast...

At first I was a little unimpressed with this hostel. They did not have any mixed dorms, which was not advertised anywhere online and was a bit annoying as I was travelling with a female friend. The rooms were okay, you had to climb on a table to get up onto the top bunks, but the beds were comfy and...

stayed here for one night and then proceeded to cancel the following night's accommodation. place overrun by teenagers in school groups who appeared to have no supervision whatsoever. the hostel managed to quieten down after 2:30 AM which was totally unacceptable. would have been quieter sleeping on a bench alongside the Main River opposite the hostel. not recommended.

I had a 1-night stay with 4 friends (3 girls and 1 guy) during Easter weekend. The 4 of us shared 1 room (with 2 other girls) and my guy friend stayed in the male dorm. We were there when a big group from China visited so the hostel was very crowded all the time during our stay. This was...

I had a single room, situated on the 4th floor. The roof is inclined over the bed, so if you are really tall you might want to avoid this type of room – for my 1,70m it was fine, the room is spacious (for a hostel), clean, the heating worked. The view from the room, given I was on the...

Staying in a youth hostel is a good study especially after your twenties. No need to tell too much, but this is the most economic way for a short hotel-stay in a big city, especially during the Book Fair. The hostel is located in the city, is clean and you can meet several interesting people if you sleep in a...
