My colleagues and I were in Frankfurt for a conference and we stayed at the Ramada two nights. The Hotel is nothing special. The rooms are a good size and include most amenities. The TV was to the very side of the bed and could not be moved, so it was uncomfortable watching TV. There were also refurbishments being done... More

3 Star hotel with super location, good comfort, spacious rooms with great value for money, everything at walking distance, home away home feeling, more with front office Hostess like Ms Charlotte, so caring, professional, elegant and extremely helpful, giving a warm easy feeling, already stayed over 50 times n going to go on. . We were a little concerned after reading some of the negative comments in Trip Advisor. However, all was well the room including shower were clean. The reception team were efficient and helpful. We paid 59€ for a double room on a Saturday night using HRS. We would return to this budget-priced hotel in Frankfurt.

Lift not working. Not fun when on 5th floor. No signage for fire exits and staircases making this hotel a potential death trap. Dirty rooms not cleaned or serviced properly. Stuffy and overhot - even with windows open. Noisy from the street below so a terrible nights sleep. Incredibly expensive. Altogether a terrible experience.

We booked in another hotel originally, it was closed and they send us directly to ramada. I was mad but at Ramada hotel I was surprised by the quality of services and the property of rooms. The breakfast was great and the personnel very kind, specially a blond girl who was at the restaurent, she really was very kind.

We arrived early about 1200 , ten minute walk from the HBF - receptionist was lovely and offered us a smoking room for early check - in She did say if we didn't want this we can drop our bags. DONT STAY IN A SMOKING ROOM. You can smell this as soon as the lift door opens So we went... More

We are on a author trip with some friends and we decided to stay at a hotel rather than on a hostel for our Frankfurt visit. It was worse than we could imagine, the wifi sucked, our room smelled as smoke, the shampoo and products on the bathroom are of the worst quality. We were so disappointed that we decided... More

We booked 2 nights here to be able to visit the Christmas markets and also to stay near the train station. Both are walking distance and very convenient. The hotel rooms are small but clean. The rooms are stuffy and when entering, and have sort of a sewage smell and had to open the window to air the room out.... More

If ever a place needed refreshing.... this is it !!!! Everything about the place was shabby ! Superficially clean with possibly the slowest elevator on the planet !!! Breakfast average at best..... shan't be going back !!
