I barely leave a bad review because I understand how tough the hotel industry can be but this hotel definitely has two completely different faces! Don't book the economic rooms as they seriously horrible, damp smell, stained red old carpets, old and bathrooms that are not maintained... housekeeping also made sure that the rooms still was dirty prior to us...

Ramada Frankfurt hotel is in my top 3 worst hotel lists. Our room was disgusting and darks! I am not exaggerating when I say I put my coat on my pillow, because I didn't want my face to touch it, I couldn'tgo to sleep as I felt unclean! And I wanna mention I am not a germ freak or a...

Cold water for the shower, Friday morning at 08:30. And the  only thing the lady at the reception told me at the check out: "you dont have right to complain, you should have told us while you are in the shower, now it is too late, you are outside the room" Seriously? Nobody would stay naked waiting for a technician...

We stayed there for 4 nights in a business class room. The room is big enough for 2 persons. Neat and clean. satisfied stay. Breakfast is a usual menu, recommend nearby cafe in case you dont have that option. Strongly recomend for a nice stay.👍

Pros: very comfortable bed, nice and clean bathroom, friendly service. Cons: smelly pillows (should have been replaced NOW), AC loud w. dirty filter. Would consider to return, however, because of the location.

There are a lot of scathing reviews of the Ramada Frankfurt City, some justified and some not. Whilst I agree that the hotel is definitely not 4* standard, it is a decent budget place five minutes away from the main train station. Main problems were the fact that the lift didn't work meaning we had to climb up 10 flights...

I just stayed there for one night, and it was okay. My family occupied three rooms and mine was the biggest, even though the other two rooms needed more space than mine. The room and bathroom were clean; it was nice overall. The location is great: 10 minute walk to the opera, the central station or the museum quartier. The...
