A good solid hotel, good for families as they have interconnecting rooms. The location at first impression felt like a middle of nowhere business park, but it’s very close to the Frankfurt West train station so accessible the city. There are not many good/drink options around to stumble upon so you have to know where to look. Pizza Paolo was our favourite option. There’s a Rewe supermarket nearby also, which is handy.

Hotel needs urgent upgrade. Rooms are dated. We were taken aback when we entered our room. We have stayed in Novotel hotels in other countries but this one lacked character. Carpets in the corridor too were run down. Most of the front desk staff was rude and disinterested. During our stay, there was a lot of noise in our room due to some major repair(ducting) work .A lady at the frontdesk told me that she would check and update me . When i enquired again (after an hour ), i was told  that no repair work was underway.  Seriously!!! When I marched to the frontdesk and asked for an explanation; I was put through customer relations manager, who was kind enough to explain me the cause , completion time and offered a room change if required. A drab hotel with drab ambience.  Avoid.

Dear HG1011, I am very sorry that you didn't like it here with us, and also that the solution I offered, changing rooms, could not improve your experience. Please excuse that the communication of the construction work in our elevator shaft was contradictory. We should have offered a solution here immediately. When planning the work, we naturally took care to choose a time when as few guests as possible were present. The work has already been completed and there should be no further disturbance. We are of course planning further improvements and I hope that we can welcome you back in the future to convince you of our quality. Best regards, Lars Paschold Guest Experience Assistant

We stayed here for 2 nights, when we visited Frankfurt Motor Show in Sept 2019. Very good services - very good breakfast (bufet style), cleaning services each day, nice rooms with comfortable beds, helpfull staff. Near to Frankfurt Messe (8-10 minutes walking), near to railway station, approx. 20-30 minutes walking to the centre (square with town hall). Hotel has some small wellness (sauna). Recommend for single travelers, also for families. Just one negative - some noise into rooms oriented to railway. We were in room on the 7th floor, slept with open window, quite good, but friends from the 3rd floor heard much more noise from rails.

Room Tip: Higher floor = less noise from rail (oriented to east). Quieter rooms are oriented to west.

This hotel is not at all representative of a Novotel. It's old and needs investments in fournitures, carpets, bathroom, non existing climatisation and even their... iron. It's not a disaster, still clean, but it's old and NOT worth the price ! Really too bad for such a nice city as Frankfurt. To finish on a positive note : the elevators were modern.

I'd rather have 588pierre, Thank you very much for your rating and the honest words. I am sorry that you were not satisfied with your stay with us. We continue to work on ourselves and hope to be able to offer you a better impression in the future. The carpets, for example, will be replaced this year in all corridors and rooms. We also hope to be able to renew parts of the furniture and the bathrooms soon. Our rooms have been air-conditioned since the opening of the hotel. Did you have any problems with this? If so, I suspect a defect in the control of the room and it would be a great help if you could tell me more details about your stay to check this (room number, booking number or your full name would suffice). I would be very pleased if you would contact me by e-mail to Lars.Paschold@accor.com . I hope that in the future we will get the chance to convince you again. Until then I wish you all the best and look forward to hearing from you. Best regards, Lars Paschold Guest Experience Assistant
