We enjoyed out overnight stay here while we visited relatives. The room was spacious and clean and the staff were professional and courteous. The restaurant was great and the food was too. Not sure why the breakfast was not included and was so expensive. 15 Euros each! We ordered coffee to the room and ate elsewhere. The one thing we...

I stayed only one night in the hotel. Came after 9 PM so the check in was very fast. Only disadvantage was the fully occupied parking in fron of the hotel (free), so I was frced to use the parking garage, which is payed 10 EUR per night. I ask about the check out time and the receptionist told me,...

On the plus side, the hotel is located right across the street of the Taunus forest, where you can take longwalks and also a nice quite nature walk into the centre of Bad Vilbel. The bathroom was pretty nice, it included a bidet. The lobby and bar area looked quite modern and was comfortable. On the down side: we arrived...

Stayed one night only. This place is trapped in the 90s. The room was large enough but the furniture was outdated. They appear to have remodeled the bathroom as it was not matching the room. The bed was too soft for my liking. The service was professional. Don't expect much for the price you pay. Ok for a short stay.

This is an excellent hotel. I booked this for an unbelievably low price. Looks very good, service is good, room is very good. Free parking is limited. If the free parking is full, you can either park somewhere in the area around the hotel (for free) or in the parking garage (paid). If you come before 6:00 PM there is...

We checked in late and was greeted warmly at the reception. The staff spoke english and was very friendly. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. We stayed for 4 days and liked it so well, we have booked for another week. There is a Lidl next door for shopping and round the corner a bakery. In walking distance is...

The City Hotel is located up the hill from the township in what seems to be a residential and car repair part of Bad Vilbel. This presents you with a walk down the hill for your meals and then a walk back up the hill when you are full. There is, however, a Lidl right next door for those who...

We were visiting family in a nearby village and our usual hotel was full so we tried the City Hotel in Bad Vilbel. What a find! We only slept there but our room was large with a lovely bathroom with walk in shower. Bed was comfortable enough, a little soft for us but perfectly OK. Usual style of to 3...

This hotel is very bad in multiple ways. It's in the middle of nowhere; there literally isn't even any place to eat in walking distance. At least there is a bus stop into town right across the street. And the hotel restaurant was good. The room is functional enough. There are very few lights which are all dim. My room,...
