Welcome to the legendary Roomers, where the perception of sensuality is redefined in this Member of Design Hotels™. A place where fantasy soars and the creativity of its guests is perpetually stimulated. Clear lines, structured forms and atmospheric lighting enhance every stay to become an unforgettable experience. They try to be hip, but make everything so complicated. From the minute you enter the room, nothing is intuitive. It is really hard to adjust the temperature, find outlets and even turn on the lights. This place is 100% Euro trash. So many better hotels to stay at. As a loyal Marriott member, I am so annoyed

Forth or fifth time I stayed at this hotel. Never again. I went to bed before midnight and the room was nice. • Between 03h00 and 04h00 my door burst open and the light is turned on unceremoniously. • No knocking on the door. • Enter a man around 25-40 years of age, of what I presume is North African descent. • He yells at the tops of his lungs: “Who is in the room?”. In English. • Needless to say, I was more than startled by this and sleeping in only underwear did not make it better. • When I was awake enough to register, I ran to the door (flee or flight syndrome) and saw a drunk woman lying on the floor in front of my room with the agitated “gentleman” between us. • The “gentleman” was by now highly agitated and continued yelling at me that this woman claims this to be her room. • He wanted me to prove that it was my room. This “Gestapo” technique” of barging in / turn all lights on / yelling as loud as possible was not something I would have expected from this hotel The hotel makes copies of passports upon check in. The hotel thus KNOWS who is in the room. Why would the attendant / security whatever, assume the woman has the correct room? She is so drunk that she is lying on the floor. I saw him again the next morning at the reception desk and there was a very polite young lady also at front desk. I mentioned that I was not happy at all. He refused to apologize and kept insisting that he was right. I wrote to them after getting back to Texas and received a feeble reply.

If you are away for a weekend and want to party, this is probably the best hotel in the area. On the other hand, I was in town for business, and then other things were more important; therefore, the hotel disappointed me compared to other hotels. The rooms are tiny, I was alone, but if there were 2 of us, I would have booked another hotel. Everything is cramped together, and there is no place to work, or you have to empty the whole desk, which is full of drinks, snacks, and a huge coffee machine. But, of course, that machine is wonderful for when you wake up in the morning. One advantage is that the bathroom was equipped with a shower, something I can really appreciate. By the way, the hotel is very well taken care of in terms of interiors and finishes. Too bad the hotel did not recognize my platinum status from Marriott Bonvoy.

2nd time I visit this hotel and my experience go from 10 to 1 . Beautiful property, very nice bar and amazing atmosphere. But what the point of the service so nasty ? I check out early morning because my flight schedule, when I check out the try to charge me about 100 euro over . I ask to see the bill and was receipt from the bar for room 506 and not my room 505 no sorry no apologies just smile with very nasty attitude like u find someone try to take advantage on u . I ask before I leave the hotel if I can buy the adapter from USA to Europe to charge my phone at the flight and the answer I got no problem u can keep it for 100 euro extra ? Wtf are u kidding me ? So let me make it simple , I’m Marriott platinum status and I never feel so unrespect in any Marriott hotel in my life . This my very last time on me stay in This property and I will make sure all my friends and family gone skip this property. On top of this I’m going to put report with Marriott bonvoy and share with them my experience. 5 star hotel , 5 star vibe . 0 customer service .

Hi People, this hotel is quite a cool hotel, but... They booked us at 1st floor, nice and cool, but one night we packed our things and went to 5th floor because of party on the basement, even at 5th floor we listened the music up to 2:00 AM and our room smelled a bit like smokers room. Next thing came with payment, we thought lets stay for only one night, but because of "coolness" we extended our stay for two more nights, see "cool" surprising price development, we were informed about this at check out: first day 306 EUR, second day 382 EUR and last day 505,50 EUR (emphasis 50 cent). For sure some hotels increase their prices during exhibitions, actual event during this period was some "minor" event. My conclusion is, they can stay cool, but not with us. Oh, almost forget, it was needed to remind them three times, where is my omelet...

I was here for 1 night on a quick business trip through Frankfurt. The location from the main train station was my initial reason to stay here, and it is very close - just an extra block away from the Le Meridien. Easy walk with luggage from Frankfurt (Main) Hauptbahnhof to both hotels. Roomers is very trendy and non-discrete. So much so I guess I was not dressed 'trendy' enough for the door person to help open for me while rolling my luggage into. But I digress. The staff I interacted with were all very nice and friendly, including the front desk and restaurant. I did not have an opportunity to try the bar on this stay. Why I gave this 2-stars is for the room... I was "upgraded" to a "quieter room" with my Elite Status, which I appreciated upon check-in. The room itself was fine with very dark interiors and roomy enough for 2 people. There was a place for luggage, desk area and comfortable bed. The bathroom was a good size with plenty of sink space and large shower. There were, however, no USB ports or easily accessible plugs to charge your phone at bedside without moving furniture around. And why I will not stay here ever again is the lack of sleep from the thumping music until 3:30AM in this upgraded "quiet wing of the hotel", as well as a very warm room temperature that never seemed to cool down all night. The thermostat said 22, but there was never any cool air coming out so I doubt the A/C was working. And the bass from the music was so strong it was making items on the desk move and create noise until 330AM. Waking up for an 8AM meeting with little sleep, and having to get dressed in a very warm room was not enjoyable. The hallway and lobby were cooler than inside my room. I wanted to like this place, but quality sleep is important to me. So I will try another hotel next visit.

We are a couple in our fifties, stayed there in June for 5 nights. The negative reviews I see here do not reflect our experience. We were well treated by the staff, our room was in the fourth floor and had no problem with noise, which seems to be the primary concerns exhibited here, The breakfast was a delight. We travel often and rarely do we see a spread as rich as what they had here. Curiously, the buffet I remember that was clearly richer was in another Roomers, in Baden-Baden. I should add that was pre-covid, so it may have impacted both hotels. At any rate, this buffet holds its own, in quality and variety. We had a problem with the room refrigerator/minibar which we found defective. The staff immediately offered to change our room, which we chose not to do, so this should not go against them. Also, they sent us buckets of ice promptly, whenever we asked, a nice and professional touch. I will single out one employee, Normen Friedrich. He checked us in, and interacted frequently with us. Normen was gracious, friendly and polite, and always ready to help. I wish we met more like him when traveling. In conclusion, a great experience. Highly recommended.

Checked in in this design "lifestyle" hotel and first impression were somme beefy bouncers with beards that looked me down I got a room on floor 1, with message that they were fully booked Food in this hotel in generally very good, but details missing (like getting no bread because it is asian food????) at 22:30 I asked to move floors as the music coming from the bar was preventing me to sleep Others in our party were not so fortunate, all rooms above the bar suffer from loud bass pounding When talking to receptionnist about noise and this being incompatible with the very essence of a hotel, which is to sleep, she dismissed this laughing.... And a lot of staff look like bouncers - brought me back to some Russian hotels in the early 2010's..... maybe some mafia is running the hotel as this hotel is also very woman unfriendly, with dark corridors, porn magazines in some public areas and lecherous pictures throughout the hotel and public areas and many ladies visiting the bar and the rooms at all times after 20:00...... Would not recommend nor stay there

Super noisy! I came at 8 pm and couldn’t sleep till 4:00 because Dj was playing at first floor and music stops only at 4:00!! That’s crazy! They didn’t mention it before I checked in… breakfast not worth 40€.. you should wait for boiled eggs for 20 minutes … they also charged breakfast twice. But just only one person had breakfast. I mention everything on reception and man only said that next time will give me a room on 6th floor. I will not come back again. Definitely
