Stayed here with work for few days. They know what they're doing and do it very efficiently. Probably lacks that bit of extra personality for me to stay here on a personal visit but couldn't fault them for work function.

The house keeping staff is super annoying. I put my luggage on the bed as there's 2 bed in the room and I stay alone. Everyday they put my luggage on the floor when cleaning. The bed is not even in use but they still throw my luggage on the floor. I put in up back when I come back...

This is a nice hotel, 30 kms from city center. Nice large rooms, good bed and good breakfast buffet. You need a car pr a taxi to go to the center. There are two restaurants in the hotel with average food and service.

Quiet location, nice room, OK breakfast and useless WiFi. I arrived early afternoon with the intension of getting a lot of work done, but this was not possible as the WiFi-connection were unstable and extremely slow. It is probably a nice hotel as long as you are not dependent on WiFi.

Nicely situated in a green calm area outside the city. Good size room with a view to a green courtyard (better than the ones facing the street). The fine dining restaurant was over expectation. Fresh quality ingredients arranged in a pretty classic way. Service was okey but not very helpful with the wine list. Breakfast was very busy and stressful,...

I attended my aunts birthday here and the function room was very well laid out and even had access to seating outside. The food was exceptional and the staff were very courteous and efficient. I will certainly be going back here in the future.

The hotel is a small private hotel. If you stay there regularly, you can be sure that they do their best to get you all you need. The restaurants are very good. Just that the gourmet restaurant is to expensive. Try to get a room on the left side of the hotel, the rooms have been refurbished recently.

Nice hotel, rooms are ok (not really big) but comfortable and comes with good amenities. Helpful staff and nice breakfast. Somehow far from downtown, need to walk to a train station (1 mile away) then at least 8 stops. Overall, a good hotel for short business stays.

Being here for the 2nd time we again enjoy this nice, quiet, super service hotel. We can really recommend this to anyone wanting to stay in Hamburg. Rooms are clean, maintenance is meticulous. Good conferencing facilities. After staying in other rooms also before, we can now recommend the superior suita, see the pictures.

The Hotel lies at the periphery of Harburg, which is a quarter in the south of Hamburg. The surrounding is quite and very green (at least in spring or summer). We've had a "superior double room" for a weekend. The room was clean and had a beautiful view into the park. It has enough space for my wife and my...
