When staying in a hotel, the most important thing is a good night's sleep in a big, comfortable bed. Unfortunately this hotel only saw fit to furnish my room with a single bed. A single bed!? Who on earth would want to sleep in a single bed? Also the water for the shower was

Dear Guest, thank you very much for taking the time for the honest and constructive critics. First of all, thank you for your positive words regarding our location, our staff and our colleagues from the bar. Good service is one of the most important things to us. We are really sorry to hear, that you didn’t have a good night sleep, we truly understand that this is one of the most important points in a hotel. We continuously are working on improving things, either in the rooms or in the hotel. We’d be more than happy, if you’d give us a chance for being your host in Hamburg again. Until hopefully then, we remain with best regards Melanie Dießner Rooms Division Manager

It's about 2,5 kilometers. So I guess it depends. If you have luggage and such, I would suggest you hop on a bus or a U-train for the 20-minute ride. The hotel anyway gives you a free 3-day ticket for public transport within the city.
