Great hotel on fantastic location. As we know Kempinski, service and staff is great, breakfast fantastic. I don’t know why air-condition is not working, but nice room, big and great bathroom. Al I needed for a good business trip.

if you want to take your bicycle by public transport to the airport, no problem. Taking bikes on this train is no issue either -unless you travel during rushhour on a business day, when bikes are not allowed. Rushhour is considered 6 to 9 am and 4 to 6 pm.
Bikes do not require a seperate payment.
The train station closest to the hotel is the main train station (Hauptbahnhof). I guess 5 minutes by bike, 10 minutes if you push the bike.
Have fun in Hamburg. Its a great city.
