The hotel located in a very promising area near the river. Climbing to the rooms 300-302 with luggage without elevator is a big challenge after all day in the ways. The room is extremely simple. The furniture is not of 4 stars hotel. Disappointed

Well situated if you are on a business trip with the shipyards. Large and quite rooms. Not a lot of decoration. Good for a short stay. Good breakfast and friendly stall. Large free parking in front of the entrance.

This is one of the wierdest most bizarre hotels you will ever find. It is perfectly comfortable, the bar and the restaurant are good with decent food and an extensive menu. But it appears to have been decorated by about 10 different designers all from different decades and eras. In the lobby there is a clock from the 70s that... More

Used to be a good restaurant, and hotel. Service was bad. Service very unfriendly. All was my mistake. Wifi is expensive and not working properly. I was very disapointed. And while speaking to the receptionist she was rude to other Dutch customers. To my opinion a bad example!!!

first things first, get a room away from the ferry. Really nice rooms, nice staff and a good German breakfast. Have to pay for the internet but it isn't much. It was winter when I went but bet it is nice in the summer to watch the river.

Went surprised about IT. Located directly at the ferry harbor, wesel river, it's a nice, clean hotel. There's 2 bars in the basement, one is a smoking lounge with decent whiskeys and atmosphere, open until 2:30. Room was nice and comfortable. Breakfast was a real plus. Very friendly waitress that really took care about everything.

Stayed in the Strandlust Boarding house which is owned and operated by the Strandlust Hotel. The boarding house is situated across the street from the hotel in a large converted house. Myself and wife stayed here for 5 nights while the Maritime Festival was held. The facilities are good with rooms on suite and cleaned with towels changed daily. Bear in... More

It is a nice hotel, it is a clean hotel but it is an old hotel. With a little money one gets a room looking over the parking lot (and that is okay when one only sleeps there) and a river view room will be more expensive. (I'm sure). The best part of the hotel is the restaurant. Excellent food,... More

Nice room and bath room, good bar, enjoy cold beer outside viewing the river and ferry. A bit outskirt Bremen. Easy check in/out, nice restaurant, good breakfast, fair price, noise from ferry, wifi ok

I have stayed at the Strandlust twice for business and have always had a pleasant stay. Food is very nice and rooms very clean and tidy. Wifi can sometimes be a little temperamental, apart from that great hotel.
