This apartment is in a great location to enjoy the Christmas markets and for sightseeing. There was a well equipped kitchen and nice living/dining area. Staff were friendly and they have a small shop in reception area however there is a large supermarket on the next road.
A great choice for your stay in Berlin. Clean and comfortable and very well located. Employees at the reception are kind and helpful and very professional. The apartment is well equipped and the hotel has top services.
awful experience We stayed at the Adina Check Point Charlie hotel in December for three nights. The experience was extremely bad. The level of cleanliness aspires to zero. The rooms are not cleaned every day but only once every three days (we were told that this is an "experiment" they are doing at the hotel). For example, the toilets in the lobby were not cleaned for three days... On the second day I woke up at night scratching my stomach area and saw a cluster of several bites on my stomach. On the white sheet I saw blood spots like traces along the sheet. At first I didn't understand what it was, but after a short search on the web I realized that it was probably bed bugs. We immediately went down to the lobby and asked to change rooms. Later I realized that this is not a simple story because the bed bugs might catch a ride home with us with the clothes and luggage and then we will be in a lot of trouble. We asked for a washing machine and spent a day and a half washing all our clothes at 60 degrees and drying them. coats and shoes and suitcases - it was not possible to wash them, we just vacuum them and hoped for the best... Some of the sweaters were really ruined and of course the vacation was completely ruined. The hotel of course denied it, said that he checked the room and found nothing... I came with the maintenance manager to the room and showed her the blood spots on the sheet and she didn't know how to explain it, she just waved her hands and said that she had put a bright white sheet and of course there were no blood spots. I continued to itch for at least 3 days. When we returned home, I wrote an email to the hotel in which I demanded compensation - a refund for the cost of the stay, and they responded with a negative and dismissive response while denying it and attaching an inspection report in German denying that there were bed bugs there. I am attaching photos taken there at night at the hotel. I recommended - a dirty hotel and not recommended at all and you should stay away.…
Excellent hotel in a convenient location close to the centre of Berlin. Staff very friendly: no major issues but Matias and Francisco were quick to help when we asked. Swimming pool and gym clean and quiet during our stay. Rooms are large and well-equipped (plates, cutlery, microwave, dishwasher, etc.). Only slight negative was cost of breakfast: €19 per person (incl. children) per day felt steep so we passed and stocked up from the Lidl around the corner. Certainly not enough to knock off a star though: the hotel is highly recommended for a visit to this very interesting city.
An Excellent central location, well presented, great value, with a fully equipped kitchenette. The staff were very friendly and amenable . Great location for all the sights, halfway between Alexandraplaza and the Brandenburg gate , Definitely recommend!
Thanks for a wonderful stay. Great treatment from Fran Barceló 😊🇩🇰 See you soon again. The hotel is placed just in the middle of everything. So easy to go everywhere. Train, tram, bus just at the door. From the big family from Torup Denmark

Fabulous location close to lots of tourist spots and restaurants/bars. Great kitchen area & amenities for laundry if needed. Good price too. Staff very helpful. Would stay again as often visit family.
I would like to say a huge Thank you to Adina Staff, especially to Fran, who is the best receptionist in the world. He plays with my children, helps with everything possible. And is very friendly. And, he speaks 8 languages which is great for every guest staying here. The place has the gym and swimming pool also. Best stay in the heart of Berlin
Great hotel at the best location. Staff were nice and kind. The appartement is big and comfortable. Also the breakfast is tasty and great service. Only one small downside: there was some hair on the pillow sheets. Overall great value for money.
