Stayed there last week on spa/breakfast offer deal which included spa and minibar, just 1 bottle of water for 3 nights !!!!!!. Turn out there were no spa no mini bar due to covid19. Pls don’t advertise it if you cannot provide it. However the hotel was lovely and clean and very good location.

Dear Sightsee251172N, thank you very much for choosing the TITANIC Gendarmenmarkt on your last visit to Berlin. I would like to thank you personally for taking the time to share your feedback with us. According to the govermental regulation and until further notice, it not allowed anymore to offer a filled minibar in hotel rooms. Please accept our sincere apologies that the description was not updated at the time of your booking. Thank you also for your comment regarding our SPA area; as mentioned on all our online offers and due to the Covid 19 crise, we decided to close our sauna and have accordingly adjusted the room rates. We would appreciate your understanding and being so comprehensive for this situation and hope, very much to have the pleasure welcoming you to our beautiful TITANIC Gendarmenmarkt Berlin. Till then, please stay safe and keep social distance. Sincerely, Sami Elair Junior Operations Manager

What a great hotel but even better staff. Best stay we had in Europe. Thank you. The check-in, help with a 3rd party booking and just general help was amazing. Nothing was too much for the staff. We will be back for sure

This is my new favorite Berlin Hotel. I've stayed at many of the 5-star hotels, and paid a 5-star price. In my opinion this is a 5-star but priced like a 3-star. Loved everything about the Titanic Gendarmenmarkt. Service outstanding, location perfect and room great! Look no further!

One of the best hotel experiences we have had anywhere. We stayed 5 nights here, in February. Amazing location in the middle of everything in terms of culture. All the main museums, Brandenburg Gate, Staatsoper, easy, beautiful walking. When we arrived from NYC, in the late morning, were greeted at check-in by a waiter with glasses of fresh orange juice, which tasted so wonderful after a dry and lengthy flight - really hit the spot. Early check-in was easily granted - perhaps the place wasn't full. Every employee we encountered was professional and good natured. More on that later. The room was plenty spacious and the bedding was crisp and excellent. Nice plumbing, rain head shower and a wand, very accurate electronic climate controls in the room. Extremely clean everywhere. The lobby and common areas are eclectically but sumptuously furnished. It's the kind of lobby you like to hang out in and enjoy coffee and a book for a while. The steakhouse restaurant looked good, but we never ate dinner there, we hung at the bar area and had cocktails more than once, tho, super nice. I wish to personally single out Sebastian, the concierge, who on several occasions during the week was able to help us with tickets, restaurants, etc. with unbelievable success. He was able to secure tickets to a once in a lifetime event which had been sold out for MONTHS - for face value of the tickets, and without expectation of a reward, though we gave him one. He is a real professional who "knows people" all over the cultural scene of that incredible city. Indispensable if you need help navigating that sort of thing, so nice to have it taken care of with a smile. Give that man a raise!

You walk into an opulent entrance and are met with a friendly approach in reception. The room was lovely. We upgraded to a deluxe room for an extra 21 euros on arrival. We were offered free late check out as well The bar area was similarly friendly and the staff helpful, providing excellent cocktails. The restaurant is definitely for meat eaters and offers some fantastic steak and excellent range of wines.
