The building is brand new and well located close to Alexanderplatz. S Bahn. Restaurants and shopping. Bathroom has large shower. There is a bar in the lobby . A good budget stop. Has an elevator and a small , pleasant courtyard.

This place is like the typical Motel One. It has a fairly small room, but is equipped well and with high standards, Whether it is the bed the TV (luxury German brand LOEWE), the bathroom, etc. For longer stays you might miss the closet and will be left with just a few hangers. Well it is definitely not a hotel... More

What you get: A small, clean, modern room with a comfortable bed, TV set, and free wifi. One outlet on each side of the bed. A small, clean, modern bathroom with a hair dryer. Quick and friendly service from the front desk. A "continental breakfast" buffet. All for a cheap price - about $90/night. What you don't get: Anything else.... More

Organised for us this was a delightful hotel close to (2 minute walk) bus and train underground. Lovely continental breakfast and attentive staff. Nice deck outside. The room was smallish but functional and quiet.

What a great stay! There is very little to complain about the hotel: the room was spotless, the bed was really comfy, the room temperature was bang on (the weather was really hot during our time in Berlin, great air-con), and thanks to the windows being 100% sound-proof, we slept like angels! The buffet breakfast was varied and tasty (I believe... More

Friendly staff, very welcoming on arrival. comfortable hotel - smart clean of slightly small rooms, great bed and great ensuite shower. Location is fantastic - under 5 mins walk to Alexanderplatz or Hackescher Markt. Particularly good restaurants adjacent and very close to the hotel and good bus/train/tram links. 10 mins walk to museum island. Looking forward to my next visit!... More

Great breakfast and service, the rooms are nice and very clean. The table in the room is a bit small to work, but overall it is really worth the price. They have a nice lobby with a bar where you can sit, read newspaper and get coffee or drinks and provide also a small snack service.

Stayed for one night, room was very good, everything is new. Very efficient and welcoming staff members, service is very quick and accurate. Complementary breakfast is served to guests, again very good and fresh. All in all, great place to stay in Berlin (and cheap), both for business and vacation. Rooms are a bit small, for me it was sufficient.... More

As said in the title - very satisfied with the hotel itself and it's location, the only downside of it is it has only 18 parking places in the underground garage for 200 rooms... Otherwise very clean, staff very helpful and nice, the hotel only a few steps from Alexander Platz. The breakfast buffet somewhat basic, but the quality of... More

Very basic, clean in a good position to the centre.Working late in my evenings, there is no desk but only a small table. A Negative point s that there are no power plugs on the wall or close to the table. Wifi is good.

Staying in Mitte

Neighborhood Profile
Mitte
The center of Berlin, Mitte is most famous for sights like the Brandenburg Gate, Alexanderplatz, and Museum Island. The central location makes this one of the city's most expensive places to live. It is here the oldest traces of the city can be found, and evidence of some significant transformations, as well. The gangsters that once ruled the impoverished streets between Alexanderplatz and Hackescher Markt have given way to an international crowd pursuing fashionable designer clothes, the newest food trends and frequenting the many craft shops. Graphic designers have taken up residence in what used to be backyard barns and stables. There are still vestiges of the old days, however. The occasional housing complex is a reminder of the neighborhood’s past. And if you look carefully, an old 1920s ball house nestled amongst the art galleries and exhibitions of Auguststrasse can still teach you how to dance the old fashioned way.
