The hotel is exceptionally clean and tidy, there were no cosmetic issues in any of the rooms I was in whatsoever. The staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel itself is very quiet. We had a triple room which was very spacious with a really nice bathroom which was very clean and tidy as well. The beds were comfortable...

The hotel is a few steps from the tram station (Number 4 -Alexanderplatz). The room and the bath are spacious. Room was cleaned every day. Around the hotel are groceries and restaurants. A fridge in the room and a hairdryer in the bath would improve the facilities offer.

The hotel was easy to find and it was located close to a tram stop. We got our own parking space (for free) in the backyard so we felt the car was safe. We had two rooms (one room for 2, and one room for 3 people) and both of the rooms were clean. The carpets in the rooms was...

The TV set in the room fell down and almost killed me (I was sitting next to the table under it). Luckily my reflex saved me, I only got some bruises and the smashed plate cut my hand. The owner came down and took the TV out. He saw that I was bleeding but did not even say sorry. We...

Stayed with my family the room was clean and the staff was nice. The breakfast is the standard European breakfast. The location is awesome for hopping on and off public transportation. Parking is only in the small parking lot or on the street.

I staied in this hotel for a month. The rooms are small and not so tidy. There was a very small "kitchen" in a narrow corridor without windows. In my room there was a cracked wardrobe. There is no wifi in the rooms far from the hall. The staff speaks only a little bit of English and is very unfriendly....

Nice small hotel, comfortable, clean and cozy. They don't speak much English but enough to communicate the basics. We had problems with the shower one day, not big deal. The location is convenient, prices affordable. We had breakfast at the biological coffee house in front of it. Great holiday staying here.

+ quiet, spcaious rooms, very helpful and friendly staff, easily accessible by public transporation, only 10 mn by tram to Alexanderplatz, good value for money, clean, safe neighboorhood - only minor details as the beds were a bit hard to our liking, no fridge Very recommendable!!

A great opportunity to relax and enjoy the Berlin area. Location was great, tramp station is only 2 minutes away from hotel, and it's really near to Alexsanderplatz. The hotel was very, very clean and comfortable and the staff were great, family and so nice atmosphere. We stayed in apartment, and I would recommend it for family or group of...
