Wonderful stay. Neni restaurant was tasty and buzzy, and a great breakfast vantage point on Berlin. The room was clean, bed was comfy. And staff saved my bacon when I left my wallet at the front desk upon checkout. Convenient for public transportation, too! We'll be back. Thank you for an excellent stay.

Hotel's Favorite
Love this cool and sexy boutique hotel, in a very central location for visiting tourists - right above the Bikini Building (an upscale hipster Mall) Though it does come with some minor considerations for the un-prepared.. Nearest station is the Zoo, and its on the U2 line, so fairly easy to get around. Direct train to Airport is about 45 mins. We had a large jungle room - very, very quirky - ever so slightly style over substance, which may bother some - definitely NOT an old-fashioned room - but extremely well-suited to young couples, hipsters and influencers eg there is a bike hanging on the wall, and necklaces draped over the bedposts! Bed is comfy, though sunken into floor. Large bath and shower. We had a slightly average view - despite being sold as overlooking Monkey enclosure of the view, we were on the 4th floor, so in reality the view was mostly of the facility below, fairly ugly. We didnt stay indoors though during the day -too busy sightseeing, so not really an issue - but worth mentioning. There is an extremely popular rooftop bar in the hotel - always saw queues of trendy Berliners snaking out into the street - guests have free access, which is a perk - but it was super busy every night. It also got extremely loud one time around 1am - the bass reaching us 6 floors below, so again, be aware. Again, this is a young persons hotel, so be prepared for this. Throughout staff and service were excellent (like most of Berlin) Every staff member was chatty friendly, international and happy to speak in English. Free minibar was well stocked, and very good, and the overall style of 25 Hours is fun, chic and quirky. We added breakfast every day - its a mixed hot/ cold/ buffet, with some table service - very good, well worth it in our opinion. Some food options nearby, including a small food court, several cafes etc despite some of the hiccups mentioned, the unique style of the building, the very cool location and the overwhelming positivity of the staff push this into a 5 star rating for us. Perhaps deduct a point or two if you don't like quirkiness in your room, nightclub noise, or bumping your elbows into hanging bikes every so often.

I’ve enjoyed my stay at the hotel. From my appartment was a great view and people were really kind. There’s alot of great restaurants near by. But i would recomend this hotel for younger people as myself. There’s a few clubs near by that i would visit again.

My stay at the 25h Bikini Hotel sounds like a bad joke. There was literal sewage (Abwasser) dripping through the ceiling of my room and at least two other rooms, which came from the a burst pipe two floors up. When I reported this to the reception, they said they were just starting out at the hotel, and the maintenance staff or on call manager were not picking up their phone. They did not offer me another room, they did not offer to move me to another hotel, instead they offered me to sleep in a hammock (Hängematte) in the hotel bar, which was mostly deserted, but they wouldn't turn down the music or the lights in "my corner". I complained about the problem after my stay, and we agreed to me getting a voucher for a stay at another 25h hotel. After several phone calls, and unanswered emails, I'm pretty sure they never intended to follow through on this. Apparently, this problem had occurred before but it was not a priority to properly fix the piping. Attached is a picture of a towel when I first tried to clean up the dripping water. You can enjoy the nice brown color.

Dear 358wimv Thank you very much for your direct evaluation. We are very sorry that you had to go through this experience. It was very unfortunate that this accident happened on a day when our house was fully booked. When asked by our front desk team if we should book you into another hotel, they declined, stating that there was only a short time left until 6 o'clock. After our last letter with hotel vouchers did not reach you, it should be our next with tracking. The issue has been dealt with internally and we hope that never again such an experience will have to be made. We hope you enjoy your next stay in a 25hours hotel and look forward to welcoming you back in Berlin. Best wishes Jan Polzin Front Office

We stayed with our 3yo child, we had one of the rooms on the seventh floor looking basically directly in the chimpanzee pit. Chimpanzee pit together with the hammock in our room was a perfect match for our kid. And on top - we got free minibar which had some chocolates and crisps. I really enjoyed real wool blanket in our room. We used sauna facility which had views over the zoo, there free beverages and fruits were served. Restaurant Neni on the top floor is great and as a guest in the hotel you get a discount. Monkey bar is also super nice but also super crowded - cocktails we had there were very good. All in all very enjoyable stay and we are looking forward to visit again.

Awesome and unique hotel! We stayed in a medium jungle room and asked for a hammock which we got on the 8th floor. We had a spectacular view overlooking the zoo and some of Berlins tall sights. Our second night it was very loud music from the Monkey bar on the 10th floor but the staff was very helpful and helped us change rooms and we ended up on the 4th floor, closer to the monkeys but unfortunately not much of a view but at least it was quiet. An extra thanks to Jan that helped us change rooms! Don't forget to open the window to listen to the animals from the zoo. Other than the loud music, and the hard beds, our stay was awesome!

Trendy. Upscale. Fun, and Unstuffy! The 25Hours Hotel Bikini Berlin is one of the most value-for-money stays in Berlin! It meets, matches, and surpasses some of the most renowned hotel chains out there – taking the cosmopolitan traveller’s hospitality needs, anticipating their wants too, and repackaging them into a memorable, comfortable, and wholly Berlin experience. Strut through the dark corridors with lit-up room numbers that reveal nothing of the brightness beyond the doors. Depending on which specific room you’ve booked, you’ll enjoy either the greenery of the zoo ( and spot the Ape and Elephant enclosures) or the concrete jungle of West Berlin, in an open-space space designed to be both peaceful and steadily energising. Room sizes range from the standard size, to suites with plenty of space to stretch out in (M, L, and XL sizes). Guests are welcomed to the edgier options, with an exposed ceiling (it’s safe – just a design choice), concrete peeking through, custom wood built-ins, and abstract wall illustrations designed to tie in lighting fixtures and the interconnectivity of the city and the hotel. The larger suites, with their platform beds, are decorated with greenery, free-use bikes for guests, a colourful and portable JBL Speaker & charging cable, along with a Tote with a story. The custom-made furnishings in the suites, are a testament to European tastes, and are sturdy, chic and comfortable enough to warm the room to anyone from anywhere. I felt comfortable unpacking and stowing away my entire luggage haul, which went a long way to settling me in. If booking here is not for you, treat yourself to strong drinks (Vodka is trending again so give the vodka-based Bini’s Monkey Ponkey a try) with a view, at Monkey Bar’s wrap-around rooftop terrace at least.

Fantastically fun! Quirky, comfortable, convenient, and uber cool. Unparalleled customer service--kind, friendly, responsive. The best "lobby" ever: hammocks, a deck, work spaces, and more. Free mini bar in the room. And a great restaurant (Neni) and bar (Monkey Bar) on site. Highly highly recommend!

A very cute quirky hotel. Messenger bag in your room to use while you stay, speaker to connect ur phone to for music, open shower everything decorated in green and black to be jungle themed. my room overlooked the gorillas at the zoo. Shticky, but it was cute, it’s a great neighborhood. next door to the zoo, above the high end bikini mall. A 7 min walk away from Bleibergs restaurant which is the closest kosher place to the hotel.

The hotel is very cool, with amazing views over the zoo (if you chose that room option). A great selection of eating/drinking areas. Room quite small but adequate. Nice free mini bar (note - you have to request it to be re-filled every day at reception). Hammock in window a nice feature. Amazing buffet breakfast on the roof top terrace with the best views over the city. Neni Restaurant very good - Korean Chicken sooooo tasty! Bike hire very reasonable (10 euro a day or 5 half day) and perfect located to cycle through Tiergarten and further afield. Reception staff lovely and very helpful and friendly. Perfectly located for metro. Unfortunately we had to move room after first night being on 9th floor (below the 10th floor bar and VERY loud thumping music). This was despite me being assured the noise would be no problem to us when booking in! This seems to be a regular problem as a couple from 8th floor were also moving rooms for the same reason. The drain in shower was also blocked in the first room. The "wardrobe" hanging space is not high enough so dresses drape over the floor, not enough hangers, and the fixed magnifying mirror is so high up I could only see my eyes in it (I'm 5'6"), both things not very well thought out for women! Seem to be a feature of 25 Hours hotels as same in Copenhagen - not very well thought out. Overall we had a lovely stay and I would stay again. Do check prices on several sites as I booked a few months ago through booking.com and my room was nearly 80 euro cheaper per night if I'd booked last minute :/
