The lady who was on reception duty when I arrived was not welcoming. Later on in the evening she left reception to talk with colleagues and left a family waiting at reception for quite some time. There is no wifi in the bedrooms, only in the lobby. The room I stayed in was ok. We had ensuite which was ok,...

The hotel is on a busy street with lots of shops, restaurants and an underground station nearby. Our room was comfortable but it could have done with being redecorated. Our room had a small balcony but not all rooms seem to have this. The walls of the room were thin and there was no WiFi in the room, only the...

hotel is under construction where all the 'beautiful' furnishings that are shown throughout the pictures online are not there at all, all electrical wiring exposed on walls and ground, newspaper up on walls, rooms not like on pictures, mouldy showers and too basic for the money paid!!! awful customer service

Stayed here for two nights. Check in and check out were very smooth. The hotel has perfect location. U bahn as well buses to all major attractions are within 150 m of the hotel. The staff was nice too. What could improve was the size of the room and the amenities. The queen bed room that i booked had space...

Ideally located on the busy shopping street, Kurfurstendamm. The hotel is one minute walk from Adenaurplatz tube/metro station (on U7 line). Various eateries nearby. The hotel room was very quiet (I was in 311) and the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. Bathroom was more than adequate with plenty of hot water. Room was cleaned daily. Breakfast (8 euros) was...

When reading earlier comments, you can find several that is not completely happy. It can be that they expected something else. The rooms don't have a phone (but who is without a cell phone nowadays?), some of them will have the toilet in the corridor (but that depends on what you reserved - we had a standard economy room, with...

Its okay for a short stay as one settles in Berlin. The website images raises one's hopes until you get there.....Smart little room and bathroom though!! Great Breakfast... The hotel need...

I would say that the only advantage of this hotel, is its location; it is 5 minutes away from the train station and located on a main street. The rooms are totally different from the pictures from the staff, so be prepared to find a tiny room. Of course, you cannot expect a suit for the price that you pay....
