Our server LEO has been immaculate. He went above and beyond in our weeks stay here at the hotel. Anything we needed he made sure to accommodate us and was super helpful with any request that we had. I could not have asked for better service! We tried every Yamasaki whiskey because the knowledge he shared with us about its rarity. He said we can only can get it here. 10 / 10 SERVICE ! Caiobello
The hotel has some of the most spacious hotel rooms in Europe and very strong air conditioning, a rarity in Europe. The hotel is also architecturally beautiful with art deco styling and rich woods. The room service is also incredibly affordable and tasty.
This is the best hotel in Berlin, period. The warm welcome by the Bellman, the friendly staff whiskey you to your room, the spacious suites overlooking pot stemer plots, even the swanky in-room bar perfectly appointed with anything you may need as well as a few new discoveries. It’s well-known that Germans are not always known for being particularly friendly, however the warmth and friendliness of the staff at this hotel was an unexpected delight, and really made my stay special. I’ll also note the breakfast buffet is fabulous, the bar makes delicious and inventive cocktails and has fabulous live entertainment on weekends, and the Pots restaurant does a lovely tasting menu if you are up for a culinary tour. Already looking forward to my next stay!
This hotel is as lovely as one would expect - gorgeous room, excellent public areas and bars, perfect location, etc. However, what really made this place special for us was the gracious and attentive service. A special shout-out to Maximilian L. Duprée whose kindness and concern for our comfort made this a six star experience.
My wife and I just spent 5 wonderful days at the Ritz Carlton, Berlin, an outstanding hotels with incredible, professional staff. We arrived at the Berlin hotel at Noon after a long delayed flight on Lufthansa, and when we stepped out of the cab we were immediately greeted by the doorman with a friendly "Welcome Home!" The front desk agent Maximilian was very gracious and accompanied us to our room while highlighting the features of the hotel and then our room. Our deluxe King room was very large and comfortable with the always amazing Ritz Carlton bed. The bathroom was also very large with a large shower and counterspace. The bath products provided were Diptyque and were excellent. We had booked the hotel with points and paid for Executive Club access. Unfortunately, the Club had not yet reopened, but we were contacted prior to our trip and offered daily breakfast in Pots, the great restaurant in the hotel, and the hotel waived the fee for the club access. The Pots breakfast buffet was of the best breakfast spreads we have experienced in all our travels. The welcoming champagne event at 6pm in the Lobby Bar our first day was a very nice touch. The event occurs every evening as they turn from day to night and putting on the Ritz touch. We then dined at the Curtain Club. We were taken very good care of by Evangelos and the rest of fine staff during our stay. The cocktails are amazing. Every member of the Ritz Carlton staff is gracious, helpful, and friendly, and First Class in every respect. This was our first trip to Berlin and we had a terrific time. We will be back to Berlin soon, and without a doubt returning to stay at the Ritz Carlton.…
The location was spot-on - we were able to walk to just about every destination (or take a taxi to more distant locations). The room was large, clean and bright. The staff were friendly and professional. Breakfast was very good - a large choice of fresh fruit, veggies, breads, cheeses, cereals, eggs and more. Room service was delivered quickly and efficiently. We would definitely consider staying at the Ritz Carlton if visiting Berlin again.
beautiful hotal. Large and clean room. great service from all people in the hotel. delicious food. We had a great time. location is in the potsdam platz in the center of berlin close to many attractions
Spa is minimalist, it literally does not represent as a Ritz Carton Spa quality. There is only 1 small room for massage. Fitness is very small with very limited number of exercise equipment. During a conference beware, you will not be allowed into your room with out showing the guy at front of the hotel room card, ID, conference badge even if you are a conference attendee family. Very unpleasant experience.
Fantastic Hotel in a great location, beautifully decorated. Rooms are excellent with great beds and all necessary fixtures and fittings to make you feel right at Home. Bathroom was great with a walk in shower and and nice Bath 👍 Service is exceptional, nothing is too much trouble. Food is also great. It's not a cheap hotel, but you get a lot for the price paid, well worth staying at 👍
+ central location at Potsdamer Platz + friendly, courteous butlers - rooms not really spacious - rather careless and inattentive staff at Curtain Club (it took me an hour to place an order) - no slippers in room (front office claimed „because of COVID“ - doesn’t really make sense, sounds more like an excuse) - housekeeping knocking on door early morning despite „do not disturb sign“ on This has been my second stay at the Ritz-Carlton Berlin. The first one is a few years back and was definitely a much smoother experience. This time The Ritz-Carlton Berlin did not feel like a 5* experience to me.
