Upon arrival we have got bell boy to unload our baggages and park our car, they also gave us mask and water! Absolutely what we are looking for. The room is spacious, clean and comfortable, the pool is small but nice. The cake at the lobby is absolutely amazing as well. We really have got nothing to complain, just enjoy our stay soooo much. The bell boy named “ALxxxx” ( sorry I forgot) he has given us the best service, and remembered our name! He should be nominated as the employee of the month! We look forward to come back!

Luxury hotel, with all the things that a traveler might need. Rooms are spacious, comfortable, specially the pillows. Large variety at the breakfast buffet, with helpful staff. The only point I did not like is that they don’t have a ramp for a car to stop in front of the hotel.

I arrived at the Ritz Carlton and the gentlemen at the door offered to help me with my luggage but I was alright on my own. I would like to give a big thank you to the front desk team, especially Leo and Max! They are very accommodating and always ready to serve. The room was amazing, thank you so much!

I stayed at the Ritz Carlton in Berlin, thinking that I would be receiving the quality of service that the Ritz is known for. Upon checking in I found that my room was infested with bugs. I notified the front desk and they treated the issue very nonchalantly. The Ritz is certainly not taking precautions to sanitize their rooms because of the Covid pandemic, as most hotels out there are. When I checked out I was told that my dinner at the bar would be covered because of the issue. When I spend a couple thousand dollars on a three night stay I am expecting my room to be clean and I certainly expect it to be insect free. If a clean room in Berlin is what you’re looking for I would avoid the Ritz at all costs!

Please be rest assured that our highest mission is to provide you with the finest personal service, genuine care and comfort and I need to apologize that we failed in our primary endeavor. I would like to ensure you that this is certainly not the service our ladies & gentlemen strive to provide and I have addressed every single point individually with the teams. Furthermore, it would be a great pleasure for me, if I get the chance to get in personal contact with you to talk about any inconveniences regarding your stay. Please do not hesitate to contact me if there is anything else we may assist you with. Sincerely, Nadine Ruzanji Guest Experience Manager

Everything was perfect at the Ritz Carlton Berlin . Staff was amazing . They went out of their way to make everything a priority . Location is perfect for restaurants as well as walking to the sights and museums . Hotel overlooks the Tiergarten and is in a very safe area . Schnelltest Berlin (if you need a COVID test for the way home ) is a 5 minute walk . Worth the price .
