Fantastic Hotel in a great location, beautifully decorated. Rooms are excellent with great beds and all necessary fixtures and fittings to make you feel right at Home. Bathroom was great with a walk in shower and and nice Bath 👍 Service is exceptional, nothing is too much trouble. Food is also great. It's not a cheap hotel, but you get a lot for the price paid, well worth staying at 👍

+ central location at Potsdamer Platz + friendly, courteous butlers - rooms not really spacious - rather careless and inattentive staff at Curtain Club (it took me an hour to place an order) - no slippers in room (front office claimed „because of COVID“ - doesn’t really make sense, sounds more like an excuse) - housekeeping knocking on door early morning despite „do not disturb sign“ on This has been my second stay at the Ritz-Carlton Berlin. The first one is a few years back and was definitely a much smoother experience. This time The Ritz-Carlton Berlin did not feel like a 5* experience to me. I had the opportunity to stay at this beautiful hotel last month. The rooms were modern and cozy. The staff are very welcoming and accommodating. The hotel is centrally located and close to landmarks. The hotel bar is the perfect way to end the day with a handcrafted cocktail and nice ambience. As a person that travels often, I would definitely put this hotel near the top of my list.

ThIs review dates back to June 2019 as I contacted the hotel regarding an issue before I wanted to make a review here but never heard from them and forgot to write here. Hotel is in perfect location. The doormen were extremely friendly. However, when I checked in, the lady at the desk did not make an effort to make me feel welcome. I was quite surprised by that. Breakfast was alright, not over the top. Another issue was that when I tried to call the reception to come pick up my leftovers, they did not answer the phone despite 2 calls. I ended up having the leftovers in my room until next morning. I sent them email regarding this issue after my stay but never heard from them. We had booked a suite, which was incredible. Large, great design and excellent bed. 10/10. A shame that the level of hard product was not matched with the level of soft product.

I stayed here with my girlfriend in March 2022 for 3 night city break. It was between the Ritz Carlton and Adlon Kempinski an we chose the Ritz for location, feeling the Adlon was likely to be more tourist infested (ironic I know) which was the right decision. To be clear the Ritz Carlton is. superb hotel and more than meets what you expect from a 5 star hotel. The rooms (we had 2....more on this shortly) are well appointed and clean. They have comfy beds, nice bathrooms, plenty of space and nice facilities and are lovely and quiet. Zero noise transfer from other rooms. However, the aircon in our room was utterly useless, moving us to next door showed nothing more than next door was useless too so in the end we gave up and opened a window. When you pay top money I think its fair to expect this is sorted. Initially my complaint about lack of AC resulted in a fan and a discussed with my girlfriend that "100% we will get a Dyson AC unit!!!" to which she said "but they don't make one" to then find a crap fan delivered was poor form. Having said this, the hotel acknowledged this with a nice bottle, card from the manager so fair enough. They handled is badly but made it right so credit to them. It isn't cheap. Some milk for coffee to room (none in room) was 5 euro. Small items from the room fridge top price too, but to be fair they were not to precious on what was used (nothing as I recall bar 1 pot of nuts). I would stay again. It is a lovely hotel and the concierge and staff are great. Expect to pay for everything but this isn't untypical of hotel like this.

I have had the pleasure of staying at the Ritz-Carlton Berlin multiple times in the past couple of months and the team never failed to wow me with their friendliness, genuine care and exceptional service. Every time I come back I am treated as if I have never left and am coming back home. A special thank you goes to Henri, the reception Supervisor, who every time ensures I have the peace of mind when in Berlin helping and supporting me throughout my stay with advice, small or big gestures, whether he is there or away on a day off, always making sure I feel comfortable and at home, treating me to lovely and kind unexpected surprises to lift my spirit when away from home or in challenging times. Every time I have had an issue, whether it was personal or medical, the team has supported me and looked after me for which I am truly grateful. Thank you Henry and the other Ladies and Gentlemen. It is always a pleasure! See you very soon! Elena

Beautiful hotel I believe recently renovated. Great entertainment in the bar on Saturday evening. It’s in a great location for walking to sites or public transportation. My wife had a medical issue while visiting and the staff were helpful and caring. Thanks to them, we were able to resolve the situation and enjoy our stay. Highly recommend.

We have just returned from an overnight stay for Valentines Day at The Ritz.  Every corner of this hotel exudes luxury. On arrival we were warmly greeted by staff and made our way to our room on the 5th floor. Situated on Potzdamer Platz it is a prime location in Berlin.  The Sony Centre is next door and the Mall of Berlin is a couple of minutes away. Our room was a deluxe king size room - large and spacious with a fantastic view of the hustle and bustle in this wonderful city. The room had lots of amenities, I particularly liked the concept lighting.  There are 2 USB sockets on either side of the bed.  The minibar and coffee making facilities were well stocked and we enjoyed complimentary fruit and a valentines day cake which was a lovely touch.  One stand out feature is the automatic curtains - especially looking out at the city lights at night.  The marble bathroom featured his & hers sinks was well lit and had plenty of mirrors and underfloor heating.  The tub was huge and water pressure was very good too.  It comes complete with a range of complimentary Asprey toiletries. A very comfortable and enjoyable stay.  Highly recommend!
