Very cozy hotel with attractive people that make you just love the city. Everything you could ask for in Berlin is a step away if not a walking distance, close to food of all kinds, gym and fitness centers and there is an indoor one too and malls. You could rent a bicycle and just cruise around .

Stayed here in the October half term with my son and my friend and her son. The hotel is in a good location for getting about. Clean, tidy and the reception staff were very helpful, they even let you leave your luggage at check out with them if you have a later departure. Food in the hotel is over priced,... More

Very well located hotel, almost in the heart of Berlin. Walking distance from the Brandenburg Gate (ca 15-20 min), 2.5km from Alexander Platz. Posibility to park a car in the undergroud garage, 15 EUR per day. Very friendly staff, rooms clean and modern. One minus: limited menu in the hotel restaurant. Metro station 150m from the hotel.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at the Ramada, the staff were amazing and so welcoming. Our room was 221, very clean comfortable and quiet. We ate in the restaurant twice, both times we were served by a chap called Steve Flint. He was an absolute credit to the Ramada chain. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again! Although centrally located, I would classify the hotel as average. Upon booking we requested non-allergic duvets and pillows. This was duly forgotten. When asked again they were promptly delivered to our room. However, the new pillows were so soft they gave no support whatsoever. The room was road-facing and quite noisy. Temperature was very high and could not be regulated.... More

Although centrally located and with its own parking garage, I would classify the hotel as average. The road-facing room is too noisy, the bed too firm and most of the plumbing in the bathroom tatty or not working. The room had wifi but the signal was very poor.

Hotel was lovely and clean and most staff were helpful and friendly. The bedding was a bit too thin and pillows were way to thin had to order a extra one and folding in half didn't make it much better. Wifi was a pain had to keep signing in to it and took a while. There a guy in bar... More

Situated on a main street with a local supermarket across the road, this hotel is about 30 minutes from the airport (traffic permitting). Check in is from 3pm with friendly and helpful staff. All staff met spoke a good level of English. Check out is 12 noon on the day of departure. From the lobby area, two lifts are available... More

Stayed for a few nights recently exploring Berlin. Hotel clean and comfortable and as already mentioned wifi very efficient everywhere in the hotel. Great travel links nearby too. Large supermarket right next door very handy. Great choice at breakfast and the staff very friendly and helpful. Would recommend a visit 👍

Staying in Mitte

Neighborhood Profile
Mitte
The center of Berlin, Mitte is most famous for sights like the Brandenburg Gate, Alexanderplatz, and Museum Island. The central location makes this one of the city's most expensive places to live. It is here the oldest traces of the city can be found, and evidence of some significant transformations, as well. The gangsters that once ruled the impoverished streets between Alexanderplatz and Hackescher Markt have given way to an international crowd pursuing fashionable designer clothes, the newest food trends and frequenting the many craft shops. Graphic designers have taken up residence in what used to be backyard barns and stables. There are still vestiges of the old days, however. The occasional housing complex is a reminder of the neighborhood’s past. And if you look carefully, an old 1920s ball house nestled amongst the art galleries and exhibitions of Auguststrasse can still teach you how to dance the old fashioned way.
