The staff at the reception are very helpful, esp. Sabina and Hicham. Breakfast is always rich and fresh. Rooms vary from small to large, but always comfortable. Location is great: 3-min walk from Rathaus Steglitz, where U and S banhoffs and many buses connect you to everywhere in Berlin; also very close to Schloss Strasse, a nice and long shopping...

a completely forgettable experience, which, as a business traveler is fine, I guess. My room was large but poorly lit and so it felt like a cave. The bathroom was large, but with a tiny shower. breakfast was just the basics essentials. all was clean. it's completely standard three-star hotel. you get what you pay for. no love went into...

I chose this hotel as it is very close to the big conference hotel at Steglitz but costs haft of that big hotel. In fact I paid around 260 US dollar for 4 nights without breakfast. The Metro or U bahn terminus is within 5 minutes walk and shopping and eating areas are also very close to this hotel. This...

5 minutes from U and S-Bahn. Room was clean and quiet. The personelle were very helpful and competent. The breakfast was okay but could be a little more variable and it has the slowest toaster that I have encountered.

I really don't know where to start, different features of this hotel rate between one and five stars. Location is superb. A few minutes walk from the end of the line on the U9 which runs through the centre of Berlin. If it doesn't stop where you want to go you are no more than one change away. Likewise the...

Stayed here for 1 night 16th Sept.15 This is probably the worst hotel I have evr stayed in. Matteres worn to the point I could feel the springs. Carpet sticky, dodgy smell to the place. Bathroom especially disgusting, sage green bath and toilet with pink sink. Sleep almost impossible due to noise from restaurant next door. Charged 4 euro for...

It is perhaps the 8th time we visited Ravenna because of its central location in Berlin-Steglitz. The staff is kind and cooperative (although the booking has to be done via the Novum-Centre since 2013), the breakfast is very good, the service there is extremely helpful, the rooms are in a good and clean condition. The Italian Restaurant in front of...

For a 3 star hotel, I consider this hotel to be good. It is clean, rooms are a medium size with plenty of space. Bath and shower also in rooms. The location is great, just a 5 mins walk from the ubahn and it is next to a shopping center which also houses a supermarket. I missed not having some...

Excellent location: very close to main U-bahn, S-bahn & buses, close to Schloss Strasse, an active street with shops, malls, restaurants & banks. Convenient rooms: especially those on the back side where rooms are wider, cooler, and much less noisy. Staff: friendly & 24-hour attention. Breakfast: very convenient. BUT: lousy internet with hanging most of the time

Good location for food & shopping was the best feature. Online said free nearby parking, and when we arrived the desk girl laughed at us for asking. Street noise was a bit much as there is an open late outdoor restaurant under the front windows. Wifi was non usable (only limited access) for about half of the stay especially at...
