This hotel has had a revamp and is now called the Art Hotel, Park Plaza. There is another Park Plaza nearby…..we ended up there first! So don’t get confused!! Once you find this hotel….we arrived on the day of a national strike… it’s fab. Ignore the journey planner…. This hotel is a less than 10 min walk from the western end of the U1 line. The room we had was on 5th floor on a quite busy street, but it was so quiet we didn’t realise it until we looked out of the window the following morning. The bed and pillows were so comfortable, a great night sleep was had by us both. Shower was a big rainfall type with a smaller head shower head option if you wanted. Complimentary Elemis shower gel, hand wash, as well as body lotion. Breakfast was worth every penny as part of your B&B option. Otherwise it’s €18 for a full option or €5 for coffee and a croissant in the bar. Breakfast was fresh, pastries, cheese, meats, toast, mushrooms, sausage, bacon, pancakes, cereals, yoghurts; you could make your own fresh juice from fresh veggies & fruits. Coffee was excellent (I was told)…. I took my own teabags as I am very fussy, and made great tea. There is a spectacular hot water urn……that is very ornate and was awesome. Staff were multilingual and very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and they were very insightful about the local area, and the available public transport options. I would highly recommend this hotel which has pop art throughout. We are planning to head back to visit Berlin again and we will most certainly stay here again.…

Could not say anything bad about this hotel. From the moment we arrived to rhe minute we left the staff were, welcoming, efficient and so friendly. Nothing was too much for them. The rooms were clean and morebthan adequate and breakfast gave us such a choice, there was a little something for each of us. If you want a good hotel, in a good area of Berlin, with excellent service, this is for you.

I stayed at the hotel 13th-16th February. The room was great, spacious and comfortable. Clean shower and good storage space. We made use of the four free items too which was a great thouch. The hotel is right next to an underground station that we used frequently. However I have been left disappointed by the hotel. On arrival I paid a €60 deposit. It is now 2 weeks later and I have yet to receive this money back into my account. I have called numerous times and each time I was told it says 24 hours, 48 hours, can’t happen over a weekend, may take up to a week … I am really unhappy about this obviously and would encourage anyone staying at the hotel to keep an eye on their deposit to ensure it is returned to them.

The hotel is nice. The room I was in was very spacious and had comfortable furniture. The bathroom was clean. The heating wasn't great and the weather was so cold so a working heater was necessary. The staff were friendly and helpful. They helped with changing to another room due to the heating problem. The hotel is central to transport and shops which made site seeing enjoyable.

I booked this hotel and during my reservation I checked parking and restaurant when I arrive no parking and no restaurant. In the lobby bar I ordered a Bavarian dishes and after 10 minutes the Batman told me that unfortunately was finished…..

Nice bar and pleasant breakfast area within walking distance to next subway and S-Bahn station. Overheated and not very bright room with thin wall to the neighbouring room. Changing water pressure in the bathroom.

Very clean and comfortable room and bed. Location is near a bus stop. Neighbourhood is not as busy as in the city center which we like so much. Lovely, friendly and helpful hotel staffs. Thoughtful management (remembered guest‘s bday).

Really entire the hotel overall. Charlotte at the check in was great. It’s on a rather busy street which is loud for sleeping to us. Overall great room. It was was easy access to the U, the the bus. Like the location.
