Have just spent two nights at this hotel which I booked through a Groupon deal. It was brilliantly located right on Kurfürstendamm which is one of the main shopping streets of Berlin. There us a U Bahn stop within about 100 metres of the hotel...More
Nice little hotel just a few minutes from Uhlanderstrasse underground (U-bahn) station. It took just over an hour from Schoenefeld airport on easy public transport. One way cost 3,40 euro, but the Berlin Welcome card proved good value for us.

Lovely hotel, great breakfast and comfy room. No coffee making facilities though! Housekeeping staff were very friendly but reception staff could look a bit happier. They do a great job and didn't make me work hard on my German so a smile or two would...More

Breathe in Berlin’s royal past while walking through the gardens of beautiful Charlottenburg Palace, which lends its name to this well-heeled neighborhood. Here you'll find some of the oldest homes in the city: upper-class apartment buildings with ornate facades and marble-floored foyers line the cobblestone streets. Stroll by sophisticated restaurants, through little parks, or around Lake Lietzensee. Window shop
down Kurfürstendamm, the most renowned high-end shopping street in Berlin, where you can find all the big designer names. In the evening, visit one of the old theaters close by Zoo Station which were nightlife hot spots in the 1920s, or dine in one of the many international restaurants around Savignyplatz before heading to other parts of town for a night out.
