We stayed in Room 443 last Sept 26-27, 2023 in this hotel. The hair drier turns off/shuts down after using it for about 15 seconds everytime. Room size is ok. The shower glass cover just like many hotels in Europe covers only half or 1/3 so water keeps splashing on the floor out of the bath tub or shower area when one is taking a shower. I never understood until now why it is NOT fully covered. Breakfast buffet is decent.

it is a clean hotel with big rooms and very good facilities.the price affordable. it may not have the perfect location but it is good. it is a big hotel with a lot of rooms and very busy some periods but skilled and helpful staff are always there to help. i want to thank Mr. joorabbeyk. you were helpful.

Sheraton Grand Hotel Espanade. Location: The location of the Sheraton Grand Hotel Espanade is excellent. It is conveniently situated in a prime area, making it easily accessible to various attractions and transportation options. Reception: The reception at the hotel is highly professional. The staff members are friendly, welcoming, and efficient in handling check-ins and other guest requests. Their level of service adds to the overall positive experience. Rooms: Although the rooms may have an older design, they are well-maintained and clean. However, the comfort of the pillows was disappointing. It would be beneficial for the hotel to consider upgrading the bedding for a more comfortable stay. Bar: The hotel's bar is impressive, offering a wide selection of drinks. The cocktails served are exceptional, and the bartenders are skilled in their craft. Guests can enjoy a delightful evening in a vibrant atmosphere. Breakfast: Unfortunately, the breakfast provided at this high-quality hotel does not meet expectations. It falls short of the standards one would expect from a hotel of this caliber and brand. The variety and quality of the breakfast options are lacking, leaving guests wanting more. Overall, the Sheraton Grand Hotel Espanade has a great location and professional reception staff. Everything written about this hotel is true. Old and falling apart On the other hand , hotel is clean , friendly staff and a very good breakfast Location not close to anything . We were lucky to get entrance to the lounge which was a very nice gesture All in all a pleasant stay

We stayed 3 nights, had to change rooms right away after check in because we were given a room with a view onto an old, dirty roof with construction type lights shining into the room. The room had burn spots from cigarettes on the carpet. We had booked breakfast included but were given some excuse why the booking could not be processed with breakfast. The large conditioner bottle in the bathroom was empty and even after my husband pointed it out to the service team member it was not refilled. The morning of the second day I adjusted the comforter sheets only to reveal a yellow stained comforter underneath. I asked for it to be changed but without success. Easy to say I did not slep well that night. With Sheraton in its name, every such hotel should pride itself to have extremely confortable mattresses. Not here. There rooms are dated and dingy. Please do not stay there. There are many hotels that are much better and cheaper too. I will spare you the photos, it may get the hotel shut down.…

Very nice hotel, good check in experience. Julia at reception was excellent, very friendly and professional. Hotel room is spotless and clean and a nice fragrance throughout the hotel. Light and airy with a nice bar . I would recommend this to solo female business travellers

We stayed in Executive Suite and the room was awesome. An open concept bathroom was also cool. Staff were lovely and helpful. Breakfast had a lot of choices. For lounge, not much food but in good quality. There was selection of alcohol but we don’t drink so we skipped it.

This is an amazing hotel, mainly because of the staff - who are uniformly lovely: friendly, kind, and welcoming. Ira at reception and Birk and Wahid at the bar are especially kind. The rooms are generously sized, it’s in a great location, and we had a great time. Highly recommend!

High end hotel in a quiet but central location. The rooms are well done. The service could be more friendly. Buffet breakfast is on the expensive side and the selection has been reduced compared to year 2021.
