Worked for me. Reliable room, things were functioning well.
A feeling of Communist era, and washroom was tight.
But overall, it worked well.
Good restaurant, had great dinner.
Shuttle works very well.
Think twice. You can always spend the night in the city and get up 15 minutes earlier.

I can answer to both questions: NO & NO.
For the kids you can add an extra bed but max allowed is 2 adults+ 1 child.
For the car, you need to return it to the airport. The hotel does not offer the service.
