Really enjoyed the brief stay here, the hotel is very modern and up to date. It's in a really good location, just 30 seconds from the nearest underground, and about 7 minute walk from Alexanderplatz, the centre of Berlin. It had quite some funky interesting features, like a shower in the middle of the room with a glass door (thankfully I wasn't sharing the room), and the bed itself was really cool, almost like a throne, with an LED backlight, built in plugs, and it faced a pretty big Samsung LED (65 inch at a guess), with all the built in apps you'd expect.
Great hotel. Very close to good transport links and within easy walking distance of Berlin Cathedral and Museum Island. After 8:00 p.m there is no reception and if you need to check-in after this time you need to ensure that you've downloaded the app to get into your room. The rooms are very contemporary but lacking tea making facilities, irons or hairdryer. The staff, when they're their, are really friendly. The wifi is free and very fast. I would definitely stay there again.
Located in Mitte - hot part of town. Close to the U-Bahn, walking distance to Alexander Plaz. The hotel has different rooms levels, with larger rooms with bathhab, all with windows to the quiet Weinmeisterstraße. Breakfast served at the lobby for €7.5, inexpensive but also quite basic. Wi-Fi is free, good signal. Clean, tidy, accessible and good service. Recommended without children.
Would definitely recommend this hotel for a stay. Loved our time there. Very close to all public transport, great for getting around. Spotlessly clean room with modern design and a beautiful view of the city rooftops. Loved the artwork all around the hotel. Complete privacy if that is what you want - using the app to check-in and as hotel key was simple and easy. Cannot speak highly enough of the staff who looked after us. Staff at the reception and bar were happy to chat with us and point out some local gems in the area we wouldn't have found by ourselves! I had a small issue with the app after checking out and returning home and was looked after remotely by Thomas, and all was perfect. Thank you for a great stay.
I went there for a 2 night trip. Original hotel, very good bed with a nice view (we were at the 6th floor) in a quiet environment and ideally located. The negative notes would be a quite poor service (very modest breakfast, very limited service offering - no fridge or snacks in the room or at the reception, ...) and cool welcome and service.
Not like just another nice 4-star hotel, this a mini-experience in itself. I’ll come back here for sure. Love the interior of the room and of course all the magnificent art! This hotel has just about everything for making your stay efficient, comfortable and very nice. Great location in the Mitte, great serviceminded personnel and, one of the best things, a wonderful bed (which should definitely not be underestimated if, for example, you intend to walk and see a lot. Who doesn't have to sleep comfortably to cope with whatever the coming day has in her mind). See you again soon Weinmaster!
The hotel is located in Mitte, almost next to the train station and the teams making it very accessible to all the touristic places you will want to visit. I arrived early and was lucky to be checked in early as well. The rooms are spacious and with all amenities you would think of; impressive I might add. They have a continental breakfast at €7.50 that is actually quite fair. There is no gym as they indicate but have a membership in a nearby gym I never got to attend. I found the staff very helpful and accommodating.
We went for 3 days and arranged parking with the hotel reception - when we checked out - the reception took charge for 23 hours of extra parking !!! We werent informed that we should pay for whole days at the check in!!!! 24 euros stolen from ud!
I arrived very early one Friday morning recently - long before the published check in time. I hadn't expected my room to be ready but I was very pleasantly surprised by the warm reception, the access to the internet so that I could do some essential work AND a free breakfast as I waited for my room to be prepared for me. What a service!! Eventually, and again much earlier than they needed to give it to me, I got access to my room on the 4th floor. It had a view out over the Weinmeister street. You couldn't miss it because the view from enormous double bed, which filled most of the room, was looking directly out onto the street. The room was quite small actually. There was a place for hangers for clothes behind the large head board. Down one side of the room was a small contraption for sitting on and down the other side was a large box and a separate table on which the telly had been installed. There was one large free bottle of water. Actually I missed a proper desk and chair to be able to work properly... The bathroom was separate with all the mod cons including large bottles of shower gel, shampoo, body cream etc. with a nice message asking guests not to keep stealing them. The large walk in shower was great - I liked the monsoon rain type shower head & I was particulalry pleased to discover how to work it. Breakfast was a modest affair - tea, coffee, orange juice, rolls & croissants, cold meats, fruit and various types of cereals & muesli with milk and yoghourt. The location was excellent - close to a U Bahn station and an easy walking distance from Alexander Platz.…
I spend in Weinmeister only one night but I wouldn’t mind spending more. Excellent location! Access to major part of the city easy and quick. Perfect for taking a walk in the area. Room nicely decorated, modern and artistic at the same time. On the corridor original wall paintings done by artists - great idea! I was choosing stairs instead of elevator to be able to enjoy the art! Lobby cosy and well decorated with movie like details. Reception very friendly and supportive. The only downside is breakfast - extremely continental ;-) But, to be fair, also very chrap - 7,5 EUR. Coffee very good.
