Great hotel, close to Kurfürstendamm and Zoo station. Very unusual reception but in a good way. Cool interiors, friendly staff and all in all a really nice place to relax and recharge.
Forsure a place i'd go again and visit!

Thanks for such kind words, it's a pleasure to hear that you enjoyed your stay and managed to enjoy our beautiful little courtyard despite the rather poor weather in recent days. As you rightly pointed out the rooms vary in size but therefore as well...More
Pleasantly designed hotel with cool staff that fits the overall style. If you are done with old fashioned luxury, good place -> I especially enjoyed the nearby top notch sushi restaurant 893 (the concierge got us a booking since it was booked out well in...More

About the location - The Sir Savigny hotel was really conveniently near the S Bahn and a short distance from the Tiergarten. We loved going to Cafe Am Neuen See in the tiergarten but did end up taking the S-Bahn. If you're going out at...More

Nice little boutique hotel. Comfortable beds & rainforest shower. Kind of too steampunk with all the switches though. Had to unscrew lightbulbs because I couldn't find the switch. I'd return on my next stay. Really good burger downstairs at The Butcher restaurant which is attached.More

Breathe in Berlin’s royal past while walking through the gardens of beautiful Charlottenburg Palace, which lends its name to this well-heeled neighborhood. Here you'll find some of the oldest homes in the city: upper-class apartment buildings with ornate facades and marble-floored foyers line the cobblestone streets. Stroll by sophisticated restaurants, through little parks, or around Lake Lietzensee. Window shop
down Kurfürstendamm, the most renowned high-end shopping street in Berlin, where you can find all the big designer names. In the evening, visit one of the old theaters close by Zoo Station which were nightlife hot spots in the 1920s, or dine in one of the many international restaurants around Savignyplatz before heading to other parts of town for a night out.
Thanks for the response! Sounds like it may be fine then. We had the zoo down as one of the things we wanted to do. Brandenburg gate, liqudrom, peacock island and the tv tower is also another few things we wanted to... More

Realized this is a little late but hopefully will help other travelers. It takes 1 hour to get to this hotel from SXF. You need to take 2 trains (change at Ostkreuz) and it's usually a combination of the S trains that get you into the city centre. Remember to get a ticket that covers all 3 zones.
