Hotel's Favorite
Best location in berlin, a minute walk to Hackescher markt. Many nice shops around, trendy restautants and great atmosphere. Staff is extremely attentive and helpful, rooms chicky and well designed. Stayed with my teenager daughter for a long weekend,, We'll definitely come back and stay here again.

Stayed 8 nights. Best location for sites,subway and paradise for shoppers all by foot. Very spacious modern and very clean rooms . Large King mattress and cotton bedding. Very quite rooms without any disturbing noises from walls, doors, neighbors or cleaners. Great bonus: 7th Floor Buffet free 24/7. Service is outstanding warm and friendly by a young helpful staff. Daniel Sanchez, Front Office Manager gave us a super service fulfilling all our requests to our best satisfaction. We loved him! Fabio snd Iradete , staff personnel gave us always an excellent service with a smile. A great praise goes also for visiting Michelin Star Chef Dam Song who prepared a very eclectic beautiful lunch. I already plan to go back this year.

Well situated. We enjoyed the hotel, its deco, the large bedroom with its small resting area and the big walk in shower. Excellent bedding. Good packing facility which is very nice. Rooftop for a nibble… Served breakfast ( service coud be improved)

spacious ,comfortable, silent room. very clean and comfortable bed. 7th floor is relaxing area with free tea, coffee (which is not provided in the rooms)with city view, nice neighborhood , 6 min walk to train(for airport), everything was perfect . thanks to Ligeia and Alvaro at reception and all crew(kind and helpful)

I have been to Berlin a few times in the past year, and I have always stayed at the same hotel in Mitte. This past weekend, I decided to stay somewhere else in Mitte, even though I am very happy with the other hotel. However, I decided on Casa Camper for the location, and I couldn’t have been more pleased. I tend to walk a lot in Berlin, since it is very walkable. However, I also love using their public transportation, which is top notch. Casa Camper is literally next door to the U-Bahn steps to catch the train. In addition, it is only a short walk to the S train, which comes in handy as well. This saved me 15-20 minutes of walking just to get to the train, which is what I did at my prior hotel. In addition, it allowed me to be more flexible on when I left and provided me with multiple options. The people at the hotel were amazing. Albert checked me in, and he provide me with additional information and tips, which I found very useful (even though I tended to spend time in the area on my previous trips. Also, we ran into each other outside of the hotel, on a rainy day, and he reminded me that the hotel has umbrellas that you can check out. I didn’t use it, but it was very nice that he did that. Albert was a gem of a person and Casa Camper is lucky to have him. Iradete and Ligeia were always smiling and were very kind as well. Unfortunately, I did not have as many opportunities to converse, but they seem wonderful as well. Anna, on the 7th floor, was very patient and helpful as well. I had come back late/early in the morning (it was breakfast time). She answered some questions I had at the time, which was gracious of her because I was probably slightly intoxicated and exhausted. The bed and pillows were comfortable, and I loved the curtains separating the room with the bathroom area. I used them to keep the light out, which sounds funny since I wear a sleep mask. However, when I remove the mask, I don’t want the room to be bright, so I can adjust at my own pace. The only thing I didn’t like about the room was the shower. I had the hardest time trying to get it to work but felt funny asking someone to come to the room to show me how to use it. As a result, I showered at the Saunas, friends, etc. However, I would have liked to be able to use the shower in my own room. (Obviously a user error on my part). I really loved having the 7th floor access 24 hours and I used it most coming home after spending time having fun. In addition, I had drinks at the Café Chameleon and dessert there too. I don’t recall her name (I think it was Claudette), but she was very gracious and busy. There were two people serving the whole restaurant, but I felt like they were doing a great job. Will definitely try to stay at Casa Camper on my next trip to Berlin and I highly recommend it to others. Thanks to everyone there for making another trip to Berlin so pleasant!…

This was my second (then third because I missed my flight) time to stay here in 2023. This is a great hotel in a perfect area. The hotels is kept well and the service was excellent. Amenities like the 7th floor is great especially pre and post a night out (it’s Berlin after all) if you’re there for fun. I also want thank Daniel at the front desk for his excellent service and remember me from my last stay. This was a great personal touch which showed loyalty. Excellent t service all around from other staff members as well.

Looking for a convenient hotel in Mitte, as a base to explore what the locale has to offer, it’s hard to go past Casa Camper. There’s nothing not to like about the hotel - great staff, really nice rooms, excellent breakfasts, and Snack Floor. Oh Snack Floor!

The design can't leave you opinion-less, which is a nice thing to remember from a visit. The staff is super-attentive and quick to act on any issue. The L7 24x7 lounge/bar/snacks was a lifesaver on mostly-closed Christmas days' Berlin. A metro station next to the hotel door is usually a worrying thing, but in this case - it's a fantastic plus, since the rooms are designed in a way that where you sleep - is far away from the street noise. With great Berlin public transport system - imagine you can teleport back to your room "from now to now" without losing time for hotel hop-in-hop-outs. Highly recommended and will come back again (soon). P.S.: to the team: - As a part-time designer myself, it's fun to explore the "they couldn't stop designing it" theme. Some nice touches like the little night light in the toilet and the flip-flops one can actually use. Some misses, like no vacant socket near the bed, or the wall-spot-light in the shower which only lights from the mid-body down, otherwise it's darkness. Or the DND sign which falls down 100% of the times you close the door. Or the washing mirror only on the side, so you're using the outside-looking window as a mirror instead. - You have 24x7 person on the entrance, why bothering with the touch-key-to-order-the-elevator thing? It's really inconvenient when you need 2 hands to hold something else. - As others said here, the fancy by-order breakfast, even if done great - is a minus. The whole point of having in-hotel breakfast is to avoid the morning headache of choosing stuff from the menu and waiting for it to be prepared. - Chromecast mandatory for phone-to-TV sharing? Why not enable the built-in Samsung sharing which "just works"? Or just enable the whole Samsung built-in SmartTV entirely. Thank you.…
