We really liked the vibe of this full service hotel. Nice, clean and youthful. Well located. And the 24 hour free buffet on the top floor is very good.....They also have a little bar that runs on the honor system. Very Berlin.

I'm currently staying at Hotel Casa Camper in Berlin as part of a 5 day stay. I picked this hotel based on the excellent Tripadvisor reviews - those reviews are spot on. From the excellent location (the U-Bahn station is literally 15 metres away from the hotel's front entrance), to the very (genuinely) friendly staff throughout, to the 7th floor...

Loved this hotel! So cool & modern & very boutique! Breakfast is great & the honour system with the bar drinks worked well. I did miss having a Nespresso in the room. If you wanted a cup of tea or coffee you had to go upstairs to the common area. Location is right in the interesting part of the city...

Booked for my husbands birthday. The hotel is very modern and has lots of practical touches. The 24hr coffee and snack area on the top floor is a definite plus. We really enjoyed our stay here and it was a great base to explore from, walking distance to many attractions and next to a u-Bahn stop too.

Casa Camper came recommended by a friend who'd stayed there and did not disappoint. One of the biggest perks is its excellent location within 1/2 walking distance or a short cab ride to great shopping, restaurants, and most landmarks and attractions. We loved our room which was spacious and comfortable and even included a pair of stylish Camper slippers. But...

Unique hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The surprise is the entempié- located In the 7th floor. When we arrived, late on the night, and also in the afternoon and in the evenings we found buffet with delicious coffee, fruit, yogurts, some kinds of sandwiches and fresh salad. The location is in very good location close to restaurants,...

Delightful and fun hotel located in Berlin's Mitte district. My wife and I decided to stay here on a trip through Germany (Munich, Leipzig, Berlin, Frankfurt). A playful hotel that combines efficient design with humor. A softer bed (thank you!) than in other German hotels. And oh my goodness, the shower! Perfect water pressure for the overhead rain shower head....

Arrived for a night and stayed 5 days. Right from the start, I knew I was in for a treat of a stay. I booked the Casa Camper as I boarded my flight in the morning and thought, why not try this joint out. Well, checked in which was friendly and professional, asked lots of questions and nothing seemed to...

This is a well located hotel within walking distance of the Alexanderplatz station. Rooms were of a good size and very well appointed with an unusually large amount of storage space and a good bathroom with excellent shower. Breakfasts were very good and although we didn't really take advantage of this the option of 24 hour complementary snacks and drinks...

Staying in Mitte

Neighborhood Profile
Mitte
The center of Berlin, Mitte is most famous for sights like the Brandenburg Gate, Alexanderplatz, and Museum Island. The central location makes this one of the city's most expensive places to live. It is here the oldest traces of the city can be found, and evidence of some significant transformations, as well. The gangsters that once ruled the impoverished streets between Alexanderplatz and Hackescher Markt have given way to an international crowd pursuing fashionable designer clothes, the newest food trends and frequenting the many craft shops. Graphic designers have taken up residence in what used to be backyard barns and stables. There are still vestiges of the old days, however. The occasional housing complex is a reminder of the neighborhood’s past. And if you look carefully, an old 1920s ball house nestled amongst the art galleries and exhibitions of Auguststrasse can still teach you how to dance the old fashioned way.
