Casa Camper was a wonderful hotel in every way except for one. It had friendly and helpful front desk staff, a clean and modern room, and a comfortable bed. It also had a lovely table service (non-buffet) breakfast included. And, amazingly, the top floor of the hotel is entirely devoted to a glass-walled lounge with panoramic views over Berlin and unlimited free food and drinks (including sandwiches, salads, croissants, snack foods, and more). This provides a lot of value for the hotel's reasonable price. The only downside to this amazing hotel is the bad internet bandwidth. I connected to the hotel wifi with a very strong signal, so the wifi connection was not the problem. Once connected, the bandwidth was too poor to have video calls, which are important for business meetings or video chatting with a relative back home. The internet bandwidth was so low that even transmitting only audio (over VoIP) could be unreliable, though better than trying to video chat. The hotel should consider purchasing higher bandwidth from their internet service provider to allow guests to have video meetings. I would strongly recommend this hotel to travelers who do not need to have video meetings or other internet-intensive activities.

The hotel is perfectly located. The rooms are very clean and neat. Breakfast is rich and elegantly served. With good attention to health and organic products. The staff at the reception and restaurant are attentive. The highlight of the hotel is the free use of the 24h of 7th floor. Coffee drinks and snacks are generously served. Why 4 stars and not 5. Because the rooms have no windows. So if you love free air you have no chance to have it. Other wise highly recommended.

No complaints. Excellent. Service by staff was always polite and helpful. We liked the room which was clean and very modern. Large bed was extremely comfortable. Window blind had a big number on it which was our room number which was a bit odd …. Location was also very good. Right next to underground and a few minutes walk to the s trains. Lots of things going on nearby or a short walk. Breakfast was excellent. Modern options advocado and egg on sourdough etc.. on the 7th floor there was a guest area where complimentary soft drinks, coffee, cake and sandwiches were available. Not come across this before but we spent a few evenings up there after a day of sight seeing just watching the vista of Berlin. TA reviews were excellent and we would support their views.

Stayed for 3 nights and loved the hotel. Check-in was professional, efficient and friendly. The room was spotlessly clean with a large comfortable bed and sitting area. Shower was powerful and the toiletries left a lovely smell. Only had breakfast but once again everything was excellent. The icing on the cake is the 7th floor complimentary residents dining area. I cannot speak highly enough of the hotel and it's staff.

One of our favourite hotels in Europe and our second visit here. Lovely comfortable rooms. Good WIFI. Clean. Amazing breakfasts. One of our favourite things is the guest lounge on the top floor with 24hour free coffee, tea and food. Really nice to go there and relax and take in the views. But one of the best things about the hotel are the staff. We had to change plans quickly and the staff at the front desks were wonderful. We will definitely be back!

Everything about this hotel is amazing. The location is perfect - steps to the trains, walking distance to great restaurants and attractions. Rooms are comfortable with lots of outlets for your digital devices and the Showers have great pressure. The main floor restaurant - breakfast is included - is outstanding - Fresh, delicious and a fabulous variety. The 7th floor lounge is a great place for a beer or glass of wine and a snack - very comfortable! The staff are friendly and so accommodating. A big thank you to Carlos and all the staff.

Liked: - Shower is excellent - 7th Floor Lounge with beverages and snacks is very nice - Location is great - Very nice staff in ground floor breakfast cafe - Very dark in morning, good for sleeping Disliked: - Very dark rooms. Only window is in bathroom. - Odor in room - Front Desk staff poorly trained. They were unable to accept 2 credit cards so each guest can pay their 50% on checkout. - Hear lots of door slamming in mornings as doors very heavy

Pros: Great staff. Good location. Great breakfast. Nice 24/7 snackbar with some views. Service gave me free Champagne for birthday. Roederer, not some cheap copy. Atmosphere during breakfast very upscale, casual for the rest of the day. All very clean. Lots of casual restaurants nearby. Easy walking to Alexanderplatz. Cons: Do not accept a room near the elevator. You might not sleep. Camper's internal policy to do everything in English is not appreciated by me. Some staff hardly speak any German, the Restaurant menu is in English. Did not find that customer friendly. The design of the rooms is VERY special and not really cozy. You will either love or hate it. No minibar. I know that becomes normal. But I want one. And I had to waste half of the Champagne.
