We stayed here for two nights while in Berlin. The room was very large, comfortable and clean. Bathroom was spotless. It came with two televisions, one in the common area and one in the bedroom. Had a fridge, microwave, stocked cupboards. Staff was super friendly and spoke English as we did not speak German. The buffet breakfast was terrific and included... More

This was the second time I've stayed here when attending a meeting at the Charité. Everything is there for you. Very comfortable. You have your own stove fridge, crockery etc although I didn't need it. Would definitely come back.

The hotel is clean and efficient. The hotel staff were very accommodating. I love a good lobby sit, and while it is tiny, the fire (albeit fake) was blazing upon request and the resto served meals there if requested. There are few restos in the area and the sites are a hike away but the main railway is close. Though... More

We stayed here for a week! The breakfast was great - worth every penny to include it in your stay. The room had wine openers, plates, and coffee for you to keep some food in the room. Would definitely stay here again!

The hotel is good located and the rooms are quite large. We've stayed on a triple room with a very uncomfortable sofa bed for the third guest. The room is very clean and well equiped, but the amenities were not refilled properly during our stay. The staff is very friendly and helpfull.

We chose the Adina Hauptbahnhof due to what we thought was a central walk-able location. I don't know if it is just us but it wasn't really central to much other than the main station. The Brandenburg Gate was about half hour walk, and there weren't really any shops/restaurants close by. Having said that it was quiet, and I would... More

We stayed for 3 nights at the adina apartments last week. They were fantastic, very clean and comfortable and the friendliest, most helpful staff in Berlin. We had a studio with a balcony and the bed was really comfy. It is a 5 minute walk to the train/underground and the hop on hop off bus and the tram stops just... More

Culture and history trip to Berlin with teenage children. We flew into Tegel Airport and caught a local bus to the Hauptbahnhof and then had a short and easy walk to the Adina. Well received by the staff and very quickly settled in our rooms. Spacious, well appointed rooms with comfortable seating area, good bed, excellent bathroom facilities. We ate... More

This is a very comfortable hotel, conveniently & centrally located, close to public transport, good gym, good breakfasts. We loved the apartment with our own cooking facilities - we'd certainly stay here again.

Staying in Mitte

Neighborhood Profile
Mitte
The center of Berlin, Mitte is most famous for sights like the Brandenburg Gate, Alexanderplatz, and Museum Island. The central location makes this one of the city's most expensive places to live. It is here the oldest traces of the city can be found, and evidence of some significant transformations, as well. The gangsters that once ruled the impoverished streets between Alexanderplatz and Hackescher Markt have given way to an international crowd pursuing fashionable designer clothes, the newest food trends and frequenting the many craft shops. Graphic designers have taken up residence in what used to be backyard barns and stables. There are still vestiges of the old days, however. The occasional housing complex is a reminder of the neighborhood’s past. And if you look carefully, an old 1920s ball house nestled amongst the art galleries and exhibitions of Auguststrasse can still teach you how to dance the old fashioned way.
