I can't praise the Michelberger enough. Firstly, the staff were wonderful. We received the very nicest welcome from Evie on our first day but everyone we spoke to at the reception desk and around the hotel was helpful and friendly.

I absolutely don't understand the hype about this hotel. The restaurant and bar are great, but the rooms...
The smallest and cheapest room is called "Cosy". It's the TINIEST room I've ever seen (even for 100eu), it's maybe 5-6qm and not even on a hotel...More

We stayed here for 3 nights for a concert at Mercedes Benz arena. Very close and easy access.

When you arrive at Warschauer Strasse in the heart of the district, you have found one of Berlin’s party hotspots. At night in Friedrichshain, the energy is palpable and the streets of this old worker's quarter are full of street musicians. buildings and live alternative music. No matter your taste, the best way to end a night out in Friedrichshain is sitting by the Spree River at the East side gallery, the longest and best preserved piece of the Berlin Wall, watching the sun rise over the beautiful Oberbaum Bridge.
Good Question! I am unsure. I think you may have to be 18 but there is no alchohol in the rooms, so maybe not. You just need a credit card and ID. Do you have a credit card at 16? Lucky! Shoot them an email, they get back to... More
