I booked for 5 nights to be near my son who lives in Berlin. My standard room was fine, furnished with taste and super comfortable but the television had a fault and kept waking me up. The front desk manager made no fuss and upgraded my room to a large one on the 6 th floor, thank you! I visited the spa, wonderful,and booked a great massage with the lovely Corinna. The spaces in the hotel are truly stylish,the Maverick restaurant fine, although the menu is a little limited. Make sure you visit the bar on the 14 th floor for sunset. I will be back! It's also very practical being near Landberger Allee S station and all the trams network. Good value.

I've had a wonderful stay. Breakfast is really good and the rooms are clean with quality furnishings. Also, the hotel has great amenities. The sauna and gym are awesome. Samuel mixes a very good Old-fashioned. :-)

The "Mobile Concierge", which is so widely advertised by the hotel, is useless. A room service order was placed via this application over two hours ago but was registered neither by the "system", nor by the restaurant. I had to exchange six calls with the reception and the restaurant literally and was told that I could only pay CASH (in the year 2023, Berlin!)—a sad and humiliating experience for a weekend hotel guest.

Nice location, good breakfast, the room was quiet and in good condition, there were a few shortcomings such as a sofa that was broken and a toilet seat that was loose, otherwise everything else was top notch. The staff are friendly and service minded, with nice facilities such as a couple of good restaurants. Perfect if you are going to a concert in the Velodrom Berlin, good options for public transport and nice with its own parking garage.

This hotel is located a short tram ride (6 stops) from Alexanderplatz; this is the best advice as the trams run every 1-2 minutes and it takes about 10 minutes to where main bars and restaurants are. Public transport is excellent in Berlin anyway onto the hotel, every member of staff was really helpful and engaging and showed a genuine interest. Our room 1111 was large, warm and the bed was super comfortable. Plenty of draw and wardrobe space and had a funky feel. The bathroom was great, it had a seperate shower and a bath for those that enjoy a soak. It was also large You know what to expect at Breakfast, continental with some hot food but again plenty of choice and the food was presented well, occassionally things needed topping up more frequently. Our only disappointment was that we didn't get to visit The Loft as there was a private function on the Friday and we had other plans during the weekend and it only reopened on the Tuesday after we had left. Overall a lovely, modern hotel that has a great vibe and great staff and once you know how to get about it has links to everywhere…

We stayed here 30 oct 2022. All the restaurants were closed, except for food in the lobby. There isn’t much in the surrounding area. The check in guy looked at us like we had two heads when we enquired about them. We stayed in the crown plaza in the city Center the night before. It was in a great location compared to this hotel. Food looked nice in the lobby but we went to an Italian around the corner. The hotel is like a large vast hotel in the middle of high rise buildings. The train is out the front of the hotel. Ours night sleep was the worst I have ever had in a hotel. Constant ambulances and police sirens passing by all night !! The noise was horrific ! If we had stayed here for our trip it would have ruined our lovely experience of being in Berlin. The staff were disinterested from check in , they asked today was our stay okay. we didn’t bother saying anything just thought what’s the point. Piano playing in the lobby which was nice. Vast empty hotel with no atmosphere. Glad we were leaving early today. Don’t ruin your stay by booking here ! Some of the reviews on this seriously don’t match the class of hotel and it’s major flaws ( lack of sleep)…

Solid hotel with nice rooms & bathrooms, I found everything I needed in it. Breakfast offers wide variety of food & drinks, which Iike. However the strange fact is that the conferencing happens underground so you do not see the daylight whole day.

I stayed at this hotel for 5 days.It is very nice with modern furnishings and bathrooms were brilliant. Very clean.Great breakfast with a variety of choices. There was one reception staff who was rude when I got there initially but rest of staff great.

The hotel is located in front of tram and bus stations. Touristic attractions and souvenirs can be bought from the hotel itself. Very friendly staff everywhere and very clean hotel. More than the basic requirements can be found in the room. Good (basic) breakfast but really great bakery. Very smooth check in and out...

The wait for check-in was outrageous. Guests were literally queuing out the door. I had to wait around an hour, which ruined my evening plans. This really is completely unacceptable for any hotel, let alone a supposed 4* establishment. I would strongly advise against staying here.
