This hotel was small but cozy, and suited my family of 4 for a 1 night stay. Our room was clean and spacious, but simple and no decor whatsoever. Keep your expectations realistic that this is not a 4 star hotel, and you will find this hotel very suitable for a short term stay of 1-2 nights. Rothenburg is the... More

Place is clean, rooms are nice enough, nothing fancy but does the job well in the 3 star category. Location is excellent right in the middle of Rothenburg - could not be any better! For 10 EUR extra the hotel can provide access to a locked garage for your car, which is very convenient and right next door. With did... More

Three of us stayed one night after enjoying the sights of Rothenburg ob der Tauber. The hotel is perfectly situated right off the main platz and within walking distance to everything. They offer garage parking for 10 euro per night which eliminates the need to monitor ones time in the public metered parking., We were on the second floor facing... More

This is a beautifully done small hotel. Everyone was extremely friendly and wanting to make our stay a great one. It isn't for everyone, as there is no lift. Our room was in the front on the third floor. Not a problem for us, but when booking, you need to be aware if you have climbing issues. We left the... More

This likely is not the right hotel for you if you have difficulty walking or can't climb stairs - there is no lift and the rooms are up one or two flights. If it is hot, there is no air conditioning- true in most smaller hotels in Germany. The nearby hotel parking garage is very good but difficult to find... More

Great location, walking distance to market place. Comfortable room and excellent friendly service. I have stayed here twice and always get a warm welcome. There is secure garage parking if you need it as I did for my motorbike.

we were four. The check in was not easy. There was nobody to receive us. Then we had an attic for room. The roof was slanted and we stayed at the third floor. There is no elevator. The location is excellent. Everything else was fair. Not recommended!!! The interned did not work well at all. Paula

Great location inside the historic village. Friendly staff. Easy parking. Good size room for 3 adults. We left our suitcases in the car and bought day packs up to our room so we did not have to wheel bags over cobble stones and carry up stairs. The garage is in a separate building. Owner offered to carry our suitcases but... More

Without 'research' we went in to ask if there was an available room, we were lucky, there was one... The lady of the house is a very helpfull and friendly woman who immediately took the time to show us to our room, no remarks here, the room was spacious and very clean. We could park our car at the back... More

Friendly staff. Nice family room. Reallly good restaurant with great german cuisine. The breakfast not quite so impressive but absolutely acceptable. The town must be one of the most picturesque towns in Germany and in our opinion not so touristy as you might think. The only downside is driving within the town walls which is a real thrill, at least... More
