One of the worst hostel I've stayed in. Unfriendly owner and was very rude, the reception "desk" was very shady and did not look very convincing. House was also left open with no one in the reception so anyone could walk in at any time. Would recommend any other place in Füssen.

Regularly stay in hostels and this one was just a half effort attempt at one. Firstly we walked 20 mins as directed on our check in instructions to find that we were not in that building and in another building which was right next to the station where we had come from. Guy was nice enough to drive us but...

Stayed here with 7 guys for two night on a bicycle tour. The owner lives next door and very direct. He helps to get you what you wish for. Not a fancy place but a perfect base for the whole area. If you want to visit the Newschwanstein Castle ask the owner's help. He will get you the tickets for...

First impression I was pretty disappointed by the fact there were no one to check us in but once everything got sorted it was neat. The rooms are fairly small (room of 6. 3 bunk beds) and the beds are comfy. You even get a nice view off the balcony.

This hostel is well located in Fussen just a short walk away from the centre. However, if you want to meet other travellers, it's not a good place. The staff are all on break from noon to 4pm which is a bit frustrating if you have to get something from them or ask questions.

We booked here late one day so we could catch a morning tour of Neueschwanstein castle. Beds and room were OK, small room, of course. We paid to have our ensuite opened for our use. Biggest drawback was the ting dining/lounge area. It was smaller than our room! Breakfast staff in the morning were grumpy. We were recommended to go...

The hostel is very close to the town centre and the train station. All attractions in Fussen is just walking distance away. There is a supermarket nearby which is convenient too. The staff working there is very helpful and tried their best to answer any queries I have. I stayed in a 6 bed mixed dorm. The bed sheets and...

I stayed here for one night so I could visit the castle. Stayed in the 6 bedded dorm by myself which i found to be extremely clean, comfortable and warm. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful- allowed me to borrow their hair dryer and gave loads of advice. Other people have said the wifi isnt very good but I had...

I stayed 1 night at House L.A., had to say that i love the location of this place, which is in walking distance to town center (around 10 minutes). Moreover, it's also near Schloss Neuschwantien like 15 minutes driving. The staff is nice and helpful. The room is pleasant but a bit noisy at night as i stayed on first...

My friend and I stayed here for a night as we wanted to see Neuschwanstein castle ( and we could see it from the window of our dorm, no complaints!). The hostel was cosy and homely and the staff were very friendly. This is definitely the most characterful hostel we stayed in on our travels. One thing I would mention...
