You may drive about 300 mts - through a pedestrian shopping street - and park in front the hotel for check-in and then back again to a public underground garage (not expensive). The personnel was excellent. The room was small clean but had a bad odor. Perhaps someone who previously stayed was a smoker. No blinds: the street lights and...

The Hotel is situated in a mostly pedestrianised street leading to the city centre, a short 5-10 mins walk. rooms a a good size and are clean. There is a bit of street noisy, with revelers coming back from downtown. Reception staff was very helpful and the breakfast is quite adequate.

There are better hotels around. The hotel was paid for by the company so I stayed. Internet was okay. Breakfast did not start early enough to enjoy for me to start work, looked good. I can only speaking my room. It was clean it was nice. Over all the hotel is old and dated. They could do some serious updates....

I was given a room on the third floor rear facing, which was so small and the internet connection kept disconnecting all the time. I had to go to lobby to use the internet. When i complained the lady (The owner) said that they are fully booked and that I have to accept what I have. An hour later and...

Pros: # located close to everything, halfway between the Dom and the Bahnhof (Railway station) # clean rooms # quiet Cons: # no Internet connection (they recommend using the free 24h wireless network provided by Telecom; however this is limited as duration and coverage - it is not available in all corners of the room, for instance) # at least...

The hotel is on the main promenade going into the city from the train station. The furnishings and decor are sparse, but it is quiet and in a great location (halfway between the train station and the center of town), within walking distance to everything! The breakfast was an excellent cold buffet and the staff was friendly and very helpful....

Hotel Weidenhof is walking distance from the Regensburg train station. Close to the Old Town with all the attractions like the Cathedral close by. The rooms are clean, big enough with a fairly spacious bathroom. There are eating joints close by as well as shops. Breakfast was the usual fare and came with the room price (which was reasonable considering...

Our room was quite big but that's about it considering positive aspects.. We booked a bed with a single mattress- got a room with 2 beds which were pushed together- needless to say that they keep moving apart (which made us find a receipt which had been under the bed for 6 weeks- ugh)... Plus the room was more expensive...

Small basic hotel, on a pedestrian street, but within easy walking distance of the town centre. There's a parking garage nearby and it's easy to get into and out of the town. Staff helpful. They have wifi, but you have to pay extra for it. We had a small bedroom with a sitting area. Breakfast OK. Reasonable rates.

I have stayed at this hotel several times over the past five years. It is a small hotel with a very small lobby. The rooms are small, as expected, but very clean. The TV's are the old tube type with a limited number of channels. The breakfast is typical German, with meats, cheeses, fruit, etc, and you can ask the...
