We stayed there only one night on the our way to The Romantic Road. The room was clean and the staff helped us with really helpful information about the city. The breakfast was good and enough. The only one problem - there was not good WiFi and I think that may be it is normal in Germany.

Clean, but no WIFI essentially, even though the hotel advertises it offers it! When I told them there are problem, the lady who did not really seem to speak English said I should try later!! Double bed is really 2 single beds put together with 2 single matresses. Too warm corridor and rooms, without AC it was difficult to stay...

The hotel was OK, but our room at the fourth floor was very noisy (we were at the front). The breakfast was average and not very special. The lady at the desk checked us out while being on the phone for nearly the entire time. Great multi tasking but not very friendly. It was situated very close to the subway...

The hotel itself was nice. The rooms were clean and the facilities well maintained. Also, the staff was friendly and provided helpful tips (when prompted). Each morning they provided a breakfast spread that was replenished at the start of the morning and also midway through, providing options no matter how early you awoke. Definitely the biggest negative was the wifi....

The hotel is good for a business trip. The rooms are ok but the furniture looks a little bit tired and old. The bathrooms are very clean and modern refurbished. I was impressed by the breakfast. Good food, fresh and diverse. We were accommodated in a building in the back, very silent area.

We were happy with our stay, but we were interested economy more than fluff. Having said that, there are many positives at the Hotel Gerhard, but also some trade-offs. Pro: Room was clean and the bathroom recently redone and very nicely so. Our room was quiet at the back of the courtyard. The buffet breakfast which was included in our...

I used room, facing to the street. Keep in mind that around 6 o'clock traffic becomes too noisy. With windows closed, the air becomes unpleasant smell. For a 3* hotel, there shampoo was missing in the bath. Good is that the U-bahn (subway, underground) station is 20m away.

I've visited the DTM at the Norisring with a friend and stayed there from Friday fill Sunday. I called the hotel directly and didn't use a website for the prices. We stayed in 2 single rooms. Service has been awesome. Very friendly and kind. Rooms clean, no damages visible on the furnitures. Only bad thing in my opinion bed a...

I stayed there for a week in Sept 2013. Very good hotel , neat and clean, next to U-bahn station. Nice breakfast. Helpfull staff. But when I was there, all the staff were on leave so nobody to listen to you after 6pm, even no food. Good for small business trips.

I was in the city to attend in house training for new hires. This time I stayed at Hotel Gerhard and really had a great time. I loved the place for a number of reasons – beautiful rooms, warm welcome on arrival, wonderful location of the property near the city center and subway station, yummy food and above all the...
