Located just a few blocks from the train station and on the main street just before the pedestrian area. Very nice staff. I left something behind and they did everything they could to try to get it to me before we left the country. Nice rooms with lovely views. They can be noisy on a Friday or Saturday night, but...

I stay in this hotel since many years but is now in decline (and still expensive). We found the door rooms open several time after the cleaning. Lots of damages in the walls. Problems with the tubes in the bathroom. Room not cleaned from the previous guest. Will surely never came back.

The location of the hotel is definitely difficult to beat as its just in the center of the city, walking distance to the train station and to the public transport. The old building of the hotel is definitely unique. Very friendly staff and breakfast was great! However, there are also view downsides. The room was extremely small and old. Definitely...

Great hotel in the heart of the city. The breakfast was amazing and the staff was very friendly. My husband and I would recommend it to anyone. We stayed in the Kaiser Suite and it was beyond our expectations! The hotel is a bit older and not as renovated in the common areas as some might want from a 5...

Was charged 758 euros for heating milk in my room for kids. They said the room stinks with cooking smell, they simply kept yelling at us for this. Very worst experience we ever had Paid 300euros for the junior suit which was too small to be classified as suite The staffs are very worse

The hotel is in the center of town just a short walk for the train station and convenient access to the convention center. The rooms are very pleasant and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed for four nights at the historic Hotel Deutscher Kaiser to enjoy the Christmas markets. The building is late 1800's in Nuremberg style architecture. The owner has done a great job preserving it. I reserved the suite months in advance via email. The suite is on the top 4th floor facing Konigstrasse with large windows & wonderful views. The...

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Location is ideal for walking around the old part of the city. We met the owner while there and he and his staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was decent size and had a nice view. Breakfast was very good and parking was available behind the hotel. If I were to...
