Great service. We stayed for a week in this hotel near the English Garden. It is in the midst of Schwabing, with lots of bars, coffee bars, restaurants, Kebab stores, small bakeries, great second hands stores and for me the best of all, near the English Garden, where you can relax amongst green and lakes, and boat rowing opportunities. Lots of bike trails in the English Garden yet also in Schwabing. Lots of public transport nearby. The hotel staff were welcoming, and accommodated all our requests in the middle of COVID19 crisis. They are super responsible about it. The room was large and spacious. Bedding was top.
Great location. From the moment I entered all staff were super friendly and welcoming. Lovely decor, Free WiFi. The room was compact but really nice and modern. The bed was very comfortable with the best pillows ever. The bathroom was stylishly appointed with lovely toiletries - spotless. Breakfast was not self service - orders taken with a wide array of tasty choices. Would definitely go back.
Quiet, cozy with great ambience. Service was super friendly. About 3 block walk from the Munchner Freiheit Underground and Bus/Tram station. Make sure you get a world famous cappuccino from my favorite employee there - superstar Jasmin. She was 'go out of her way' to make an excellent stay. Room was comfortable, and wifi was great as I was here on business and had several conference calls, web meeting and plenty of email. Bed was comfortable, good size bathroom with heated floor and towel rack (love that!). Shower is tiny but good hot water. I booked through expedia / hotels.com and got some nice extra perks (snacks/drinks). They have a full bar with good selection. No AirCond, but a small fan in the room. Grumpy old guy rating: Thumbs Up!
Lovely Hotel, Great location, just around the corner from the train station, many very nice little restaurants, the English Garden etc..nice walk down to the centre of Munich, So glad we stayed here, staff were friendly, maids came in every morning would definitely recommend.
Went to the hotel for a night. As a matter of fact when you offer a room for over 200€ I expected more, even if I had a better price while booking via Agoda but still. The room was very tiny in the fourth floor and sooooo damn warm. It was my mistake to doublecheck if they had A/C but that’s what i was expecting in a 4 Stars Hotel for that price. They had a ventilator though. The bathroom was nice. The staff was friendly but you had the feeling when serving breakfast that it was really amateurlike. All in all it was okay , but not for this price.
A chic hotel, tastly decorated. The staff was kind and very friendly. In the 2 days stay I enjoyed an excellent breakfast; I had a very pleasant stay here. La maison is very close to Marienplatz and next to it you can find many bars and restaurants. PS: the bed is very comfortable
Loved it!!!! Loved it !!! Loved it!!! If you come to Munich, la Maison is the the best place to stay: close to the center, in a area full with bars and restaurants; quite place, chique style-bohemian gothic and friendly stuff. What can you ask for? The rooms are spacious, spotless, elegant and amazingly decorated; thumbs up for the Bvulgari cosmetics👍 I just loved the design of the room and the lobby😘 The breakfast is amazing! Great coffee, delicious croissants, nutella and a variety of salami and cheese. All the staff was very friendly and helpfull, they made us feel at home. Truly recommend it!
This is a fabulous hotel, hidden away a bit, off the beaten track in the centre of Munich. Staff (Ayebee) in particular were top notch and a credit to whoever owns the place. It’s a boutique hotel with only 30 or so rooms, so you feel welcome. Its extremely up together. Almost a “Gothic Feel” with the candles, silverware and darkly painted walls. Rooms very spacious and modern. They are well soundproofed to. Bathrooms are spotless too. Currently, only breakfast is served in the restaurant, but within a couple of minutes walk, you’ve got more restaurants and bars than you could ever wish for. Breakfast was lovely and the staff very professional and attentive The bar at the hotel is well stocked and has an excellent selection of German Beers and Wines. I’ll be back. It’s fabulous …
Our hotel stay at La Maison was unfortunately only for one night. It was one of the best nights we have had at any hotel in Europe. Many of the little details are thought of, in both the decor and the services. Our room was quiet and comfortable, and went completely dark with the shutters drawn. The shower and bath were wonderful, and the Bulgari soap and shampoo added a luxurious touch. Service at the desk was exceptional, and the breakfast was unparalleled. Parking is very close and the hotel's location is in a great little neighborhood that is quiet but is also within walking distance of some wonderful bars and restaurants, as well as a U-bahn station. We absolutely recommend it and will be staying there again on our next visit.
We stayed for one night at this boutique hotel, and we LOVED IT! the glamorous and modern ambiance of the hotel makes you feel unique. Convenient located at a very nice residential area, where you can take the metro like 3 blocks away, and two blocks also from the English Garden. Close to the hotel you can fin cozy and nice restaurants. The hotel breakfast was superb! with an stylish presentation and plenty of meat and fruit, juice and Delicious coffee.
