The Alpen Hotel Munchen is perfectly located in Munich. It's located very close to Marienplatz and to Hauptbahnhof. The staff at Alpen Hotel was very friendly and eager to help out. The hotel breakfast selection is below average, but of good quality. The bar served us the best Glühwein we had in Munich, and that says a lot! The loung...

Traveling on my own. Lovely single room that felt more like a double due to space and how well equiped it was. It is a very welcoming hotel and the room was very quiet, new and spotless clean. Very happy about the location, within walking distance to many of the main attractions and shopping area. Just 4 mins to central...

Very convenient location to stay in Munich. Room is clean, nice and spacious. Nice breakfast too. Lots of restaurant and places to have meals around the hotel. This hotel is between the Central Station and Karlsplatz and within walking distance to Marienplatz.

Nice and cozy bavarian style hotel in the center of Munich. Ideal location to explore the city center or to quickly go all places around as near to the main train station. Best breakfast with a lot organic choices (bread, yoghurt...) excellent choice of fruits and cereals. The rooms are very nicely designed in stylish Bavarian design.

If you want to be near the main station and the city center this hotel is good. The rooms are clean and roomy for Europe... Breakfast is ok. No extras like coffee maker in the room or irons ... We had bring clothes down to lobby and iron in back room. That was a pain.

Lovely staff greeted us, followed by a much needed draft beer in their cute bar/restaurant. The room was better than expected and their location is perfectly close to the train station and the Marienplatz. We didn't get to fully participate in the breakfast due to us running late for a flight, but it looked delicious and was well maintained. We...

We, couple on holiday, stayed 2 nights in an "Alpenchic" themed room on the top floor, very nice, all new, clean room with wooden floors. Hotel staff and service were great. No issues. Nice bar and little outside area - cosy. Really good buffet breakfast. Location in central station area means you will see a mix of poor and red...

We stayed in the double room with a bath. Just brilliant after a long walks in the city. The hotel was a strange combination of early 20th century hotels, gasthouses and modern atmosphere. All of this in a good way. Breakfast was great, you could eat lightly because there was a great selection of fruits and berries. The terrace at...
