They are doing some work on the outside of this hotel which is rather off putting when you first approach it. But it does not reflect the inside. Still the inside is quite utilitarian. By which i mean liveable but not in any sense luxurious. The staff were very helpful. The bed was serviceable. The room a good size,clean and tidy. They provide a self service washing machine and drier, you need 3.50 Euros in coins to work it. Saves a few bucks even over taking it down the street.

Hotel was located a short walk from the nearest underground train station making it very accessible. Room was reasonable enough if somewhat small. Breakfast was available at additional cost and consisted a continental breakfast. Hotel had an interesting scheme where if you passed up on the chance to have your room serviced you got a free beer or bottled water for each day you participated.

We stayed for three nights in August 2023 in this hotel and below are our impressions The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood a few steps from all means of transport (metro - tram - bus) to go to the city center which cannot be reached on foot Upon our arrival we were greeted at the reception by staff (one person) who were not at all welcoming and did not speak English (we are Italian and managed to speak in Spanish) He didn't explain anything to us about the hotel or how the opening/closing of the garage we had booked worked (10 euros per day) The room is quite large (2 adults + 2 children) with a large bathroom Cleanliness of the room very approximate, I found hair in the bathroom when I returned to the room in the evening and dust (I'm allergic so imagine) We decided not to have breakfast in the hotel (expensive price I think around 10 euros per person) also because nearby there are numerous bars where you can have breakfast at check out the staff was nicer (at least they spoke English) even if they were eating at the reception and talking to me with their mouth full Overall, I don't recommend it and I absolutely wouldn't go back

Nice hotel close to airport, easy to approach by tram or subway or foot and many shops nearby. Easy booking trough website .I’ve received the link for the full package in email and the prices are good and reasonable too.Staffs are friendly and welcoming at the reception.The room nice and big and the shower just so perfect .Cleaners doing brilliant job I say all the people are very friendly in there almost like a big family which means they not just working there.There is a lovely lady who keep feeding the squirrels with walnuts so I was able to do pictures and videos of the red squirrels thank you Mariann!I’v also learned that they separate empty bottles even by colour for recycling these peoples really do care about the future and nature.Information flow pretty excellent thanks to Moises I have found the pizza restaurant quickly!Beautiful lady at the desk made me lot of big coffees every day thank you Alexandra.At the end the two wonderful ladies made the holiday special thank you for the pictures!Next time I’ll try the gym

I booked this room at 2am after going to the Oktoberfest.
Very kind staff, clean and new room.
The rooms facing the street are very noisy, better to ask for rooms inside the courtyard.
I haven't encountered any problems.
They don't have parking for your car, but you can pay on the street with a ticket.

We stayed here for 2 weeks as a family with a teenager. Fantastic location. U bahn station few minutes walk and only a few stops to the city centre. Lots also around the hotel with restaurant choices, supermarkets, bakeries, beer gardens, bowling, bayern munuch training grounds, 1860 football stadium, kebab shops. This was my 4th visit to munich as an adult and this hotel was definitely my favourite so far. The staff are absolutely lovely and so friendly. 24 hour bar at reception. Hotel is very clean. You can see the cleaners in the rooms and grounds work all round the clock everyday. I would definitely return to this hotel for my next stay at the hotel. Thank you to all staff :)

Cheap soft bed, empty shower gel and a room consisting of not much else, the local area is closed by 11pm on a Friday night.
The underground is close by, and access to the hotel is great. The room was hot so we had to have window open, plenty of passing noise.
And we were charged double as Adele was in town, avoid.

Stopped here for getting a good nights sleep on our way to Italy. The Hotel is very good in a quite area. It has own private car parking below ground, so the car is safe during the night.
We had two rooms. Both rooms was nice and clean. The beds are good.
The hotel is near the city centre and metro. So we just took the metro to center to have something to eat.
The Breakfast at the hotel is good with all sorts of different bread and cereals.
