We got a double room with a private bathroom and it was very spacious. However, the sink was in the room near the bed, outside the bathroom which is kinda weird. Bathroom is not sparkling white and you'll notice that its kinda old, but its as clean as can be. The red carpet doesn't look appealing though. I am used...

We enjoyed our stay, the room was clean , and the front desk staff were excellent, and extra helpful when my husband was suffering from an injured knee. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Excellent location, central, walking distance to all the sights and the hop on hop off bus tour. Not a fancy place but very acceptable .

The facilities are basic and the shared bathrooms leave much to be desired, but the staff cannot be more helpful. Frau Eriksson is a very friendly, very knowledgeable person and always gives a very friendly welcome. If you stay here, make sure you say hi to her and have a chat.

As we booked during Oktoberfest, this was one of the cheaper places around Munich, and we only really got what we paid for. WiFi doesn't work in the rooms, the beds are very hard and uncomfortable and the whole place could use some freshening up. However, we thought the staff were friendly and it was in a very good location...

Ended up needed a room at late notice, the staff here were very friendly and helpful, I give them an extra star just for the staff! The dorm rooms however, are very basic. Hilariously, our room had a bathroom with two showers together, and no toilet! Not sure who would be showering together... the communal toilets in the corridor were...

So good location. Just about 100 meters from main railway station and at start of walking street. Location is sure best thing in this hotel. Rooms, or at least room 201 need renovation in bathroom. It is from I think from 70's. And to get comfortable water from shower is very hard. TV is oldest one I have seen in...

DON`T BOOK THIS HOTEL. I stayed for nine days in September 2016, and one night I found broken glass under the sheet in my bed. I spoke with the girl in the reception and she was very sympathetic and promised compensation. I was refunded for one day! Booking.com could not help either. They just expressed their regret Iréne

Location: next to central station and 10-15 min walk from Oktoberfest. Staff: friendly Breakfast: basic continental Rooms: basic, small, a bit run down. Our faucet leaked and the knob kept flying off. Wifi: spotty at best Value: it was definitely expensive for what it has to offer but during Oktoberfest I am sure everything is overpriced. For somewhere to sleep...

The hotel is centrally located, just a few steps away from Munchen HBF and around 10-15 mins walk from Marienplatz. So to those who loves shopping, good food and beer bar, this is really a good catch. The receptionist was also friendly and polite. The room and toilets, however, were disappointing. The room carpet looked filthy and the shared toilet...

The room itself was very basic, but everything we needed was there. The bathroom, metres down the corridor, was good. Felt very safe, price reflects the hotel well. Don't be deceived by the luxury lobby area though, found that very amusing. Also google map smart stay hotel station, the whole name, as there are 3 smart stays within a close...
