I give this hotel two stars because it is close to the Munich train station and only a 20 minute walk to the Munich Christmas market. Otherwise, it is a one star at best. Avoid rooms B401 and B402. These "loft" rooms are accessible only by stairs from the third floor. The floor was dirty, the furniture is old and...

We were in Munich for one night before heading off to Vienna so this hotel's location near the train station was ideal. The room was clean and functional but not much else. We didn't have breakfast as it was too expensive compared to the breakfast we could get at the train station!

I'm here in town for an exhibition and the company decided to book this hotel for me. It says 4 stars but eventually it can be one. At least is clean and not far from Marienplatz. I'm lucky and I'm staying in the double bed room which is big enough to breathe but totally not worth the money spent.

Booked here for a two night stay in Munich, and thought we were in the city center, but ended up needing to walk 15-20 minutes to get to the main part of town. On arrival, the area seemed a bit grim, but we ended up finding some good bars and shops in what felt like the Turkish part of town....

Excellent value for money in pleasant surroundings with comfortable bed and room. Staff were very helpful (we stayed 2 nights then returned a week later and they looked after our excess luggage while we were gone). The location is very good (although a little 'seedy'), close to the train station and old town (easy walk to both). Munich we wouldn't...

just OK not more. very functional not a fun or beautiful design overall. Not sure how they received their star ratting, in my view it is overrated (should be 2 start hotel not more). The staff not smiling or welcoming. We had a small kitchen in the room ( not water in the sink) the breakfast was good. bad location.

My colleagues and I were attending an international exhibition in Munich and booked this property for a 4 night stay. The hotel website advertised it as being closer to the Karlsplatz station but it is in fact closer from the main central train station in Munich, with easy connectivity to the airport. It is however a little further away from...

the room was big and spacious (the bathroom in particular had a lot of space), the hotel was quite nice in presentation and well located near Hauptbahnhof and the centre of the city. For a 4 Star Hotel, there wasn't much in terms of the facilities on offer - in that regard, it felt a little like a 3 Star....

Run away! And don't look back. Terrible location, no ac, and horrible staff! Nothing redeeming about this hotel! Worst bed ever, didn't have towels the first day after a 12 hr train ride went to ask front desk and they said they were still washing them.. So one set of towels for a hotel during leak season?!! I dried off...

If you want a room no bigger than the cupboard to Narnia, that has no promise for hot water and/or soap in the shower then this is the place for you. Upon complaining about the water and soap, there was no apology and all I was given was two small soap cakes. Both people on reception were very rude and...

“We had a 4th floor room (I suspect this may be where they put 3 people - a double bed and a sofa that makes into a single bed). You take the elevator to the 3rd floor and walk up steps to the fourth floor, but the windows faced courtyards that were off the street - exceptionally quiet even with the windows open a bit.”
