Sebastian is such a kind, gracious, and helpful host (not to mention multi-lingual), it is impossible to not feel immediately that you've come to the right place. For a reasonable price in Munich, we had a small suite with original decor, a very clean room and comfortable bed. Our small dog was welcomed also. We plan to return on future...

I cannot overstate how welcome we felt here. From the first day we showed up, and we stayed here 9 days, until our last day today we were treated with smiles, courtesy, hospitality and plenty of help to getting in and around here. We traveled all over Bavaria while staying here and everyday that we were going someplace new, we...

From the minute we arrived to our departure, it was a fantastic stay. The staff is super friendly and helpful, the rooms are comfortable and well equipped, there are all the perfect little touches that one could hope for. The breakfast was a nice spread of different choices but above all it really is Sebastian and his staff that make...

We landed in Munich as first-timers to Germany, so our first hotel was Laimer Hof. After catching the train from the airport, it was an easy 15 min to the hotel from Laim station. The hotel was the best start to our holiday. Sebastian and all of his team were consistently friendly and genuinely helpful with all our inquiries, providing...

I must say this is the best hotel in Europe that I have been to. Sebastian is so caring and you feel like you are part of the family. We arrived very early as my son was sick but no problem, showed us another room instantly which were very happy with. It was a dream come true under the circumstances. The...

A wonderful visit to Munich and the customer service was superb! Two roooms next to each other allowed our family some space and yet, we were right next door to tour teenagers. On arrival, we were met by Sebastian and Jago who answered all our questions and gave personal recommendations about where to eat for the night, how to get...

We spent a very pleasant week with Sebastian and his team in the very neat and homely Hotel Laimer Hof. From the first day we were welcomed like returning friends. Every day Jan was able to inform us the best way to get to where we needed to be. The hotel breakfasts were great and the rooms comfortable and well...

We stayed here for four nights during a sightseeing trip to Munich. We had a very warm welcome to the hotel and it was lovely and cosy. This was especially appreciated as it was so cold when we arrived. Breakfast was great. Just the right amount of choice and the scrambled eggs I had every day were delicious. We also...

This hotel is just perfect. It is situated towards the west of Munich (I think West), near Romanplatz. Its in a quiet neighbourhood literally 5 min walk away from the beautiful Nymphenburg Palace. There are many supermarkets and good restaurants around, especially La Brasserie, the french restaurant. Accessibility is great, with the tram at one end and the S-Bahn Station...

Our family room was perfect for us! The breakfast and authentic restaurants nearby were wonderful! The staff (Sebastian, Alexandra, Jan, etc.) were the best! They took their time to make sure we had directions, suggestions, and information to make for a memorable vacation. Was so nice to escape "city" type hotels, but still close to transportation. The touches were special-even...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
As a young family of hoteliers, Alexandra and Sebastian Rösch took over the Hotelvilla in summer 2003 and in the meantime are managing it as one of the most popular hotels in Munich, according to numerous evaluations by the guests. The neo-Renaissance villa was built in 1886 and is one of the buildings with the longest tradition in the town district of Nymphenburg. The Hotel is very popular for weddings and offers two romantic tower rooms for overnight stays. The location of the hotel is one of the finest in Munich, very close to Nymphenburg Palace, and simply unique. Europe's largest beer garden, the Königlicher Hirschgarten (the Royal Stag Garden), is only five minutes away on foot. Direct public transport connections to all the sights and attractions of Munich by bus, tram and rapid-transit railway can be reached from the hotel in only a few minutes.
