My worst hotel experience ever. My room was in an annex to the main building. 6th floor, no elevator. The shower was supposed to be on the same floor, but it was broken, and the sink was full of dirt. So to take a shower, I was supposed to walk down six floors, go out in the street, and go...

Firstly, the WiFi barely reached my room - I had to sit in the corridor for the best connection I could find. But the hardest thing was the temperature. It was low 30s and there was no air conditioning. I think I had a hot water pipe or something in my room, as well. The corridor was cooler, so I...

The Hotel-Pension Theresia und Regina is conveniently located right across from one of the main buildings of the Technical University of Berlin and only a few blocks from the city’s main cluster of art museums. To our surprise, there was a Lidl supermarket on the ground floor. (Guests are welcome to share the refrigerator in the reception area but not...

Did not stay in the hotel--- Cancelled a night before and was asked to pay 80% of entire stay & threatened to forward the money to a collection agency when there was no mention of these terms until afterwards. Completely unprofessional in circumstances where plans change.

The staff are friendly and accommodating excellent with small children. The rooms are clean with bathrooms and toilets clean. Is close to the central station and bus stop is outside, also a shop next door. Quiet central to attractions. Breakfast buffet had a good variety of food.

we stayed recently in this hotel with 2 kids. The central station is near enough but not too much to create problems, neigbourhood is very good, metro in 50 m and in 3-4 stops you're at Marienplatz, supermarket is right downstairs, lots of cultural attractions are at 300 m distance. The hotel owners are 3 nicest ladies, always smiling and...

I stayed here for a few nights at the end of summer 2012 (apologies for taking so long to write the review) and loved the place. While I don't particularly like B&Bs this one was very clean (both the bedroom and bathrooms) and the bedroom had a sink with a mirror. The cleaner came while I was out and I...

Thia is a good place to stay in Munich. I was only there for 4 nights but, from the start, everything was as good as could have been wished for. Its location is excellent being on the number 100 bus route from Munich's main rail station, University Stop. I had an en suit single at the front. It was spotless...

My experience with Hotel Pension Theresia is generally positive. It is much nicer than the hostels or budget hotels near the hauptbahnhof. The staff is friendly and hotel is well maintained. They do not accept credit cards so if you're staying during Oktoberfest you'll need to wire them a deposit and pay the balance in cash on arrival. The location...

“In this kind of small, value-oriented hotel, you take what you get. That said the higher up you go the less street noise is likely to be an issue, and rooms to the back will likely be quieter than those at the front which overlook the bustling Luisenstrasse.”
