The hotel is no more than a 10 minute walk from Munich Hauptbahnhof (main train station), very centrally located to Marienplatz, the pedestrian plaza in the old town, and about 20 minute walk from Oktoberfest at Theresienwiese....More

Absolutely lovely little hotel.
We booked Hotel Eder due to its price and location to Theresienwiese prior to our trip to Munich. Brilliant location equidistant to Hauptbahnhof and Karlplatz stations and a 10 minute walk to the Theresienwiese grounds.

There are no large rooms at Hotel Eder perhaps you should pick a different hotel or get 2 rooms. it clearly states in the description the size of the rooms and that description is pretty much on target
