We stayed here for 4 nights recently and the hotel was in a good location not far from the train station. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was on the 3rd floor which was clean and adequate for our needs although you have to climb the stairs as there is no lift. Breakfast was from 0700 till...

This is an old historic walk up hotel but was tastefully restored and modernized without losing its character. We need to support places like this because its a family owned business and not part of a big chain. The owner does everything to please his customers and has decorated the hotel with reproductions of period furniture pieces. The lobby is full of...

We stayed in a family room, 2 adults and 2 children (1 of the children is nearly 6ft tall). Plenty of space, great beds, big bathroom, free wifi, lovely breakfast. It was clean and quiet despite the central location, only 5 minutes walk from the train station. The family are lovely; they welcomed us on arrival, looked after our bags...

We spent just one night in this hotel and I really liked it. Our room was spacious and spotless clean and the bathroom was very modern. Everything is extremely well kept and the decor of the common areas is very fascinating. It is also very close to the center and handy for the railway station. Highly recommended

European hotel rooms are small, but this room was particularly cramped, and it happened to be hot in ours (no temperature controls in there that I saw). The location was good. The breakfast was included, and it was decent too. It is an older building, and there was no elevator - normally that would be fine, but I had recently...

Hotel Eder is a very good choice for your stay in Munich. It is near the Hauptbahnhof (4 Min. on foot) and very close to Karlsplatz, Marien platz and Frauenkirche. You can go on foot to all these sightseeings. There are also big shoppingcenters and cinemas nearby. The staff of the hotel is very friendly and the breakfast is excellent....

This was a very good recommendation from a friend! As already stated in some reviews, very central, great breakfast, very clean and very welcoming and friendly with a warm bavarian charm! An issue about a prepayment on my visa card was dealt with and resolved very nicely. We stayed on the 2nd floor so we had no problem with getting...

What a lovely, cosy and true Bavarian hotel. The location is excellent in terms of public transport. The 24h reception really helps and the staff is so friendly and want to help where they can. We would have liked a kettle in the room and some cups just to make some coffee, but they made us some hot water in...
