We stayed in this hotel for one night in last December. It is located next to the center of the city, so parking is for extra pay. Same for Wifi, altough the man ftom the reception was so kind and offered it for one night for free. The room was little tired but okay, the breakfest was fine, but growded.... More

Hotel imperial had easy access to the tram to get into town, which took around 25 minutes. It was cheap and cheerful but you get what you pay for. The walls were thin so it was very noisy (especially with the dustman coming at 430am). No air con and a small window so very hot and stuffy when we went.... More

I must say that if you visit Munich, especially for business, you may rely on Imperial Hotel. Might not be centrally located or might not be a fancy hotel, however very efficient. I forgot the trousers in the wardrobe, and after a brief description by email to the staff they have send it to me back home, without any problem,... More

Okay...initially I thought this hotel was going to be a train wreck but I was wrong. The wifi works randomly, do not try to get on late at night or early in the morning. The breakfast is actually decent and most of the front desk personnel speak English. The tram will take you directly to the city center. However, after... More

Do not bother calling the reception because they will not answer. Also if you go to the reception and you wait in line for 15 minutes the non friendly girl will help people who come 10 minutes after you and will take the bell away from you if you ring it. But it's not all bad though. The hotel although... More

The walls are paper thin - you can literally hear everything (and have a conversation with your next-door neighbours). This was a major letdown. Rooms were clean and shower was decent, hotel is currently going through the renovation process so there was no reception (just a desk) but that wasn't a problem. Breakfast was brilliant.

The hotel have 3 stars?! It's a BAD joke! Maximum 2 stars hotel, if you are an indulgent person! Reasons: - room VERY small; - old furniture; - rooms are VERY noisy (you'll hear all your neighbors and the tram shake the building); - wifi is "just" 5 euro for 5 hours. The ONLY good things were the breakfast and... More

You get what you pay for but you can't really complain. Our room was small and so was the bathroom but it's ok for spending one or two nights. The hotel might need some renovation but generally, it's holding up well. Wifi is 5 euro for 5 hours (and you can log out and save time for later use). Fair... More

Location: This hotel is a 25 minute tram ride to the Haupbahnhof (main train station), which is frustrating but at least the stop is 100m from the hotel. I did feel somewhat unsafe walking back late at night however, as there is not much around. Service: Staff were slow and unhelpful. Rooms were cleaned each day which was appreciated. Breakfast:...
