Smoke-filled hallways, loud neighbors, sketchy area, really bad wifi, dark, old, cranky receptionist, okay breakfast, not good overall value and would not return here. What good is having a nonsmoking room if the hallways are filled with smoke?
The location is quite good. Relatively central near the train station and there are plenty of shopping options nearby.
About the BAhnhof nearby you can go everywhere.
The rooms are clean and tidy. Unfortunately the decor of the rooms is old.

Rooms were spacious and clean, adequate amenities were provided in the bathroom and the beds were comfortable. Service was prompt and friendly. The location was great, only one street away from the Munchen Hbf and ZOB, so definitely good value for the location and the...More
A fellow traveler's mother died suddenly before getting to hotel and was still charged full price even after explaining situation. Very unfortunate and will never book again. Stick with well-known hotels.
We stayed for 2 nights while visiting Munich for a concert. The location is perfect, only 2 min walk from the main train/tube/bus station and a 5 min walk from main shopping area.

I'm not quite sure as to what you mean by "en suite" as that's not a common term used in the US, but the room that my sister and I shared was very small and had 2 twin size beds pushed together. There was a television, desk/chair, tv, mini refrigerator, with a wall type closet/cabinet thing and there was a private bathroom in the room with a sink, toilet and stand in small shower.
