The hotel is very well located, near the main station where you can find all kinds of transportation (U-banh, S-bahn, trams and buses) and stores like bakaries, supermarkets, mcdonalds and many other things. Also, is walking distance to Marienplatz, Karlplatz and other places in the city center area. The breakfast is great, many options, much worth it. The room is...

What a lovely lovely hotel this is. Staff brilliant especially Ralf at breakfast. And everyone on reception. We had a VERY enjoyable stay here. Rooms immaculate. Shower powerful and no leaky doors! Bed super comfy. The breakfast is plentiful and caters to all tastes. Value for money is excellent. You are in a great location with easy walking to distance...

Nice hotel, fairly close to the railway station. Not the best of areas but we never encountered any problems day or night. Only a short walk to Marainplatz too and much of central Munich's sights. Hotel staff were very friendly, breakfast was good with plenty of choice. Our en suite room was fairly standard size facing the back of the...

No surprises on this visit. We knew the central location was offset by the loud street noise. Only about 10 minutes to Oktoberfest, 10 minutes to Old Town, and just around the corner from Central Station. The room was suitable with a decent bathroom and the staff were friendly and professional. The breakfast was more than we expected and better...

Hotel President is just minutes from Haupt Bahnhoff and centre of town. All are easily accessible on foot. Otherwise just a stop or two on U barn. Though some of the room fittings and pillows are worn the hotel is very well maintained. Rooms and corridors are spotless. Breakfast is also excellent and broad choice from buffet. Staff friendly and...

Whilst we paid nearly twice as much (or more) because of Oktoberfest the room was suitable enough for the stay LOCATION About a 5-10 min walk to the old town and approx 15-20 min walk to Oktoberfest it was in a good location. Be aware though it isn't the nicest part of town and it's right around the corner from...

Visiting Octoberfest this September. Hotel perfectly located 15 minutes walk from the park and the centre of the city. Staff really friendly and helpful and great breakfasts. The only negative is the noise so get a rear room if possible.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff during our Christmas Market stay. Clean well maintained rooms. Wonderful breakfast buffet as well. Great location close to the train station and a few blocks from Karlstor. The area can be a little rough on a weekend night with lots of loud drunks wandering around.
