We stayed at the Mercure City Centre for 5 nights when visiting this busy city. We arrived mid afternoon having checked in online prior to our arrival.....would recommend this option. We were allocated room quickly and efficiently by both personnel on the desk. Our reception was friendly and polite and this was indicative of the hotel staff throughout our short...

There is lots to love about this hotel. Let's start with it being an easy stroll from the main train station in Munich. Simply cross the road and a few steps, you're there. This was especially handy, when dragging an awkwardly large snowboard bag down the street. When you walk in, it's a relatively cosy casual setting, modern and clean...

The hotel is undergoing renovation, there's dust everywhere and construction workers walking all the over the place. I wouldn't recommend this hotel until their renovation is complete. Also the wifi as good as non-existent, it's so slow it reminds me of the dial-up days when I was a kid... The location is close to the train station, but the area...

The hotel is brilliantly located right in the centre of Munich and right near Hauptbahnhof, which makes a great meeting point for tours and hop on hop off busses. The hotel is also located near shops and restaurants. Bar was also very good. Staff were generally nice but they were very slow in the checkin and check out and there...

Location is convenient for guests arriving by train and we were able to walk to the attractions we wanted to see. Check-in and checkout were easy and staff were helpful. We enjoyed the basket of pretzels and pastries in the lobby on two days of our holiday weekend visit. Our room was recently renovated and had a small sitting room...

Staff very friendly, large room, free mini bar, however WiFi extremely slow. Hotel is in the middle of being refurbished. Breakfast very expensive, however very nice. Check in and out very good. Location very convenient for centre and central train station. Easy to get to and from airport

The hotel is very modern and updated. Located within walking distance to many places. The room was very spacious for European hotels. The bar and lobby are gorgeous! Best of all, the staff was just so friendly and helpful. It's makes all the difference!

+ Close to the main station. + The staff and the bartender were very friendly and helpful. + The room was clean and nice. - The bathroom didn't have a ventilator. This was very uncomfortable, especially if you are sharing the room with a friend. - We could still hear sound from cars outside, so isolation could be better but...
