Quiet, dark, spacious rooms, comfortable kings sized bed, soft pillows, spa bath, fridge, room is serviced daily. Great breakfast (extra cost). Excellent, helpful staff. Restaurant "Yumiana" has delicious authentic Vietnamese/Korean food... we ate there twice it was so delicious...fresh herbs, vegetables and flavours.. the outdoor garden at the back is a little oasis of tranquility. Lei is a warm and engaging host/ Maitre D. Service is excellent!! Highly recommended experience.

So I had a confusion regarding the check out time (thought its 1pm but it was 12 pm). The reception called 45 mins past actual check out time. And when I said, why did you not inform me earlier ? Usually all hotels call you an hour before the time is up- I stayed in hotels for 2 years of my life, this lady SARA goes - I don’t care, that’s not my problem, you have 10 mins to leave the room. The receptionist honestly is so full of herself, she will make you feel like she is doing a favour if you ask her anything at all. Its so sad when people in hospitality don’t understand what the word means. Also the reception is closed at night so good luck with this place

We booked through British Airways Holidays as part of a weekend city break. The hotel is very close to Harras station making it well connected for travelling around the city using the U-Bahn. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. The rooms were very clean and a good size. We were on the top floor and we found the two rooms we had both extremely hot. The only way to cool them down was to have the large window open non stop which did mean being a little disturbed in the early hours with a little road noise. The shower was a little disappointing as it looked on first inspection to be a high pressure unit with multi jets but upon use it didn’t have enough pressure to operate it but it worked and got water was plentiful. The buffet breakfast served in the garden conservatory room was really good. Great choice and selection every morning and we didn’t feel rushed at anytime to get in and out as there is a good number of tables for the guests.

This quirky hotel is handily situated just a 2 minute walk from Harras train and underground station. Staff friendly and helpful and the rooms are excellent. Very clean and modern with superb bathrooms. The buffet breakfast in the lovely bright and open garden room is really good and sets you up for the day. The rooms were very warm and the air-con is linked to outside temp so we could only turn it off and open the window to cool down. This led to some traffic noise with the room being situated at the front. I would recommend this hotel (Which came as part of a British Airways package) The train station means that all of Munich is easily accessed.

I went to Munich as I often do and got a room on the street side, as I often have in other hotels in the city. It is so loud with closed windows that I woke up because of traffic noise really morning. You hear cars and trucks rolling all the time. In the Morning I asked the reception if they can do something about it (in German) by the time I come back in the evening. At night not only nothing was done but the receptionist wasn’t even informed. The lady in charge in the morning simply did nothing about this essential topic. In addition there is a bad smell this second evening. Really too bad as the rooms look nice and the breakfast room have nice big windows towards a garden. But if you sleep poorly, that’s really bad !

This hotel was booked as part of a British Airways holiday package. It is in the district of Harras, which is to the south west of Munich, with less than a 5 minute walk to the S-Bahn (S7) and U-Bahn (U6) Harras Station, which gives easy access to the centre and all transport links. There are also bus stops for the X30 and 54 which are very slightly nearer and they connect with the Ostbahnhof in the east. The area is fairly quiet in the evening and certainly feels safe. The reception staff were very efficient and friendly. Although I do try to speak German, they can certainly speak English. There is a small bar ( very reasonable prices ) with a friendly barman. I did not use the restaurant so cannot comment on the meals including their breakfast. There are cafes within 5 -10 minutes walk if breakfast is wanted outside. The room ( standard double) was on the top floor and though not quite as well appointed as seen in some of the photos on the website, it was very clean, warm, certainly comfortable and very quiet. The bathroom was large with a large shower and seemingly never-ending hot water. There was also a good sized room safe and a refrigerator ( stocked with mini bar drinks ). The TV was large and did even receive HD programming from some of the various German TV stations. There were very few English language channels but I don't come to Germany to watch English programmes ! The rooms were cleaned every day to a very high standard. It was nice to have a relaxed checkout at 12.00 noon and the staff were more than happy to store luggage if ( as in my case ) ones flight is later on in the evening. I understand that there is a sauna/hamam as part of the hotel but there was no information in the room concerning it. This is a good hotel stay if you are having a short city break and I would certainly return again if I was in Munich.

This hotel was a surprise for us during our business trip to Munich. Already the lobby was very interesting with the huge wall painting. The rooms are big, the bathroom is also very spacious and nice. The location is right on the subway station, so you can reach any place in Munich quickly and inexpensive.

We arrived at this hotel after a very bad experience with a different hotel earlier that day. The hotel turned out really nice, very clean and quiet, very good breakfast and nice personnel. Very close to both the U-bahn and the S-bahn, it offers easy access to anywhere in the city.

We liked everything about this hotel. It has great location, very close to U-bahn, several supermarkets and bakery. Our room had a garden view, it was very nice to hear birds singing in the morning. The room was rather quiet, we didn't hear our neighbors at all. Also we liked the interior, stylish furniture and bathtub with bubbles:) Reception team is very nice and helpful. Cleaning service is rather good too, the room was extremely clean. We'd stay at this hotel one more time with great pleasure.

This hotel was fine but I wouldn't rush back. For the price in Munich it saves some money compared to the big central hotels but I still wouldn't put it in the budget class (200 Eu's a night). I was in Munich on business to attend an exhibition and I don't know if the price fluctuates with such events, it may do as the exhibition was considerable and I suspect hotels were booked up. That said, the rooms are small and basic, the bar is small and it isn't near anything a tourist might want to see. I used the underground system which is excellent and there are plenty of trams outside the hotel to take you into the centre which is a short ride away.
