After reading other reviews I was not expecting much of this hotel, but I was pleasantly surprised. The room was clean, spacious and very quiet. Die WIFI connection was fast, streaming videos was not a problem at all. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, free sparkling water (1 bottle a day) was provided. Breakfast was allright, the quality...

The title is almost the only positive thing I can say about this hotel. The room was also rather big, in contrast to the bathroom which was literally tiny. In general everything looks and feels worn off. The cleaning personnel left (all?) the room keys unattended on a table close to the stairwell, it would have been easy to pick...

I stayed here one night on business travel. Upon arriving I was asked by the blonde lady on reception for my business card in order for an invoice to be sent to my company. I explained that accommodation was always paid in advance but she insisted that the room had only been reserved and needed to be paid for. After...

Basic but very clean. The power shower was fantastic after a long day. Very expensive for what you get. My room was in the loft are and I had to contend with sloping walls, This made the room feel even smaller than it actually was and it was cramped to begin with. A mini bar was on offer but no...

Very nice hotel, bit of an unusual layout (entrance is around the back) and the room I had was basic but fit for purpose. Slightly confused with the curtain/shutter situation to begin with but once I'd found the cords on the wall I worked it out. Italian restaurant which fronts the hotel is very nice.

90 euro rate for bed & breakfast accomodation is too much for the very very basic quality offered. Not even the soap bar in the bathroom, no paper tissues in the room... will search for alternatives next time.

Hi, i came to this hotel for a second time. Room is ok. Shower bathroom fine. A little basic compared to the fourstar hotels i see most of the time but fine. Breakfast was fine as well. What i liked most was the jogging tracks which are relatively near by. Restaurant next doors is , to my opinion, not so...

I was on a short business trip in Herzogenaurach in November and the best idea for me was to stay in Erlangen. I liked my room in Art-Hotel I could see in internet and the stile of this hotel. But I didn't know about one local 'mystery' - almost all the restaurants and even small caffees were closed on Monday....

Service is OK, but not more. You don't feel here the same as at home. People in the restaurant downstairs could be really loud at night. It's hardly possible to solve issues with personal — they don't good enough in English. Thanks for everyday Haribo jelly bears on my pillow, but it's not worth the price.

“Rooms are very quiet, because of the quiet area, but some of them have a wonderful terrace. It is very useful when it is sunny day in winter or autumn. So if you are booking through phone, ask about terrace you might possibly get”
