I like this hotel because it was very traditional and quaint with a good breakfast and good location and great price to stay. Bathrooms could stand some remodeling and beds are definitely not made for tall people. Fortunately we were only here for one night or it would have not been comfortable enough to get good sleep for a longer...

It's a small traditional hotel at nice location - close to train station and to center (less than 10 min to either), but on the quiet street. It is cozy with terrace, winter garden and fireplace on the ground floor and a small garden outside. At the end of property runs the river, so with window open you are constantly...

Four of us (2 couples) ended up here for 2 nights after their sister hotel, Garmische Hof, had screwed up our booking. We were told that rooms at the Bavaria were very full and both couples would need to move room for the second night. One of the two rooms we were then given for the first night was fine....

Stayed here for one evening on our way to Amsterdam from Venezia. Check in was a breeze and they had our reservation on file. The room was very clean and cozy. This hotel has a lot of old world charm and is not your typical hotel. It lacks many things which make a hotel a hotel. But nevertheless, our stay...

Very cozy and quaint hotel at a great location near the train station. A lot of old world charm. Excellent breakfast buffet. Very reasonably priced. We were sorry that we could't stay longer. We'll be back!

This hotel is more like a bed & breakfast instead of a hotel, giving you an experience of the local way of living. Though it may not have the complete facilities of a hotel, it provides local charm which you could not experience in a hotel. The hotel is a traditional Bavaria building which is common in this area and...

My wife and I have just spent 8 weeks in Europe. We had done a mixture of adventure type activities e.g. mountain biking and trekking in the Alps and touring major cities in western Europe. This was the best value hotel. The room was large and comfortable, staff very warm and friendly (even though we spoke very little German), and...

The Hotel is located in the Partenkirchen - side of the town on a quiet side street. There is a 10 minutes walk to the center with pedestrian area, restaurants and shopping - all very nice. As we were travelling with our son, we had a reservation for a family room. Our room was located in the first floor just...

My husband and I made an online reservation of a double bed room which cost us 100 euros for night. We arrived early in the morning and were told that the room was not ready, so we finished some check-in stuff and left. However, when we came back at around six in the evening, we were offered Room no.1 which...

So we are talking about a three star hotel here and for that is quite ok. Old schoold decorated and with rooms that are quite small. The highlight is the balcony over looking to the garden which makes the room a little bit more comfortable. Breakfast is ok, couple of things but very plain vanilla. Overall is a nice place...
